The breakfast is very rich, the room type is OK, the bedding is poor, easy to shake, the mattress is soft, the environment is quiet, but the location is extremely remote, it is not easy to take a taxi, you have to walk 1 to 2 kilometers on a dusty country road, the waiter is very attentive, but Without telling you the cost in advance, juice is twice as expensive as outside.

Séjour entre amies très agréable, Saïd nous a beaucoup aidé à organiser toutes nos étapes à Luxor, du 100% sur mesure ! La cuisine est délicieuse et une partie vient du potager bio en cotre bas de l'hôtel, un régal ! Les lits et les chambres sont très bien :)

Perfect place to stay to explore Luxor; good hotel with a nice swimming pool; quiet area in the field in the west bank; room is clean, spacious and comfortable beds; a kettle, tea and coffee are provided in the room. The staff are very nice and helpful. Especially, Mr Said the manager always does his best to help us book tour, arrange cars and balloon flight that we are greatly grateful. Moteh (receptionist), Khaled and other staff are truly a joy. Good food served with care. Very good Wifi. We highly recommend this hotel.

The room we booked was not what we got, but it was comfortable and large. The owner and all of his staff were super nice and he tried to make things right after I showed him the description of what I had booked. In the end, we didn't want to move but should have. The shower in the bathroom did not drain properly and even though we told staff every morning that the water overflowed onto the floor from the shower and they sent someone to fix it, it was never properly working and would overflow. The pool was nice and the location was peaceful, but the hotel was too remote and inaccessible to any restaurant but the hotel restaurant that had limited options on the menu -- probably due to the few guests there were. The breakfast was the same every day and that challenging. I would have loved options, especially fresh mango and fruit from their garden. The mango juice was tasty though and again... the staff was super kind and welcoming.

Apres une semaine de tours guidés et de rythme intense de visites, nous cherchions un lieu pour se reposer dans un cadre plus tranquille. Jewel a été une découverte incroyable. Située sur la Rive occidentale de Luxor, à l’écart du bruit de la ville et des bateaux de croisière, c’est un petit coin de nature paisible. Flambant neuf et très bien entretenu, JHC présente aussi un restaurant de qualité exceptionnel avec des plats délicieux et des produits organiques qu’ils cultivent dans les champs adjacents (banane. Mangues, oignons etc…) servis en saison. Une piscine impecable qui est la meilleure façon de finir après une journée au soleil dans les temples. Le tout avec une équipe attentive et servíciale ! Malgré qu’il soit un peu éloigné et que l’accès par des petites rues de terres peut etre étonnant, vous serez surpris de ce lieu très sympathique et relaxan, qui en plus est idéalement situé à 10min des sites de visite de la rive gauche. Je recommande absolument , pour l’hôtel ainsi que pour son restaurant !

They will receive you with a nice cold tea. The crew is so nice that you will feel at home. The breakfast is complete: local natural juice (season), coffee or tea, local breakfast + croissant , omelette and jam/honey. The pool Is perfect, with a jacuzzi and lovely view. You can rent bikes or ask for a taxi/tuk tuk , they hotel staff will help you out always at any time. You can also book tours at the hotel, they will assist you to go to Louxor temple, or the valley of the kings, or a hot balloon trip. The hotel has a lovely restaurant with real authentic local food. They grow some vegetables and fruits on the back of the hotel! Everything is homemade at the moment you ordering! Prices are a deal for good quality in a quiet na d beautiful place! You get a nice view toward the Nile river.

L’hôtel semble très récent. Calme, propre, petit déjeuner inclus bien fourni et bon. Le repas midi et soir bon et bien fourni aussi avec des prix dans le haut de la fourchette égyptienne. Le propriétaire est aux petits soins. Personnel aussi très agréable et serviable. Inconvénient : loin du centre ville mais transport possible.
