Nice, spacious room, thick comfortable mattress, snow-white linen and towels, window opened, view of the parking lot, there is a safe, small refrigerator, kettle, iron, ironing board, tea, coffee, cups, water, wardrobe, chairs, table.
The staff is smiling, polite, responsive, problems are solved quickly
There is a swimming pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, hamam.
I did not like the work of the administrator. We needed to leave before the end of the booking. Compensation was refused.
It is quite a long walk to the center, about 4 km

The Hotel offer very good service. Starting from the reception desk to the restaurant and hotel facilities.
The rooms are large and has all what you need and they give you free snacks in the fridge.
The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.
The hotel has a very nice pool that is shaded and has warm water and they have nice jacuzzi and steam room and Gym is very nice.
I tried the hotel restaurant during Ramadan, the open buffet offers wide variety of food and sweets which were very delicious 😋
Also the hotel has free shaded parking.
I stayed at this hotel 2 times and it is highly recommended in Al Ain.
