Pura Eco Retreat, Jebel Hafit Desert Park

My husband and I spent a night at Pura Eco Retreat, Jebel Hafeet and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant setting is beautifully rustic, the whole area is peaceful and perfect for unwinding. Surrounded by nature it’s an ideal spot for anyone looking to disconnect and truly relax. We recommend it to nature lovers and anyone in need of a serene escape.

Wi-fi in the room not working, mobile line not available inside the room (outside only). No fixed line phone to talk to reception, only whatsapp line based on internet, but without internet in the room it's a BIG issue! Reception, even through whatsapp, is extremely slow to response. So you waste a lot of time outside the room trying to get a feedback from them as inside internet was not available. Food service has been terrible. We ordered the dinner to be delivered at 20:30, and we did it 2 hours in advance, to give them enough time to prepare. They forgot completely our order. When we followed up at 20:40 about our order they realized it and they sent it to the kitchen. So we didn't receive dinner for another hour! Horrible. They told us to contact them to get a coffee after dinner. We did it, and they took more then 40 minutes just to prepare a coffee, that obviously we didn't accept as it became too late. They asked us what to do to enhance our experience after so many issue. We asked for 1 hour late checkout (1pm instead of 12pm). They didn't even give it to us this. Horrible horrible service!

We recently stayed at Puro Eco Retreat in Jebel Hafit Desert Park and had an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, the service was exceptional—especially thanks to the attentive and welcoming staff, with special recognition to Godfrey, who served us the extensive Arabic breakfast . We stayed in one of the exclusive Skylight Domes, which was beautifully designed and very well-equipped. The luxurious ensuite bathroom and the private heated jacuzzi tub outside added a perfect touch of relaxation. Spending the evening by the woodfire under the stars was truly magical. Puro Eco Retreat offers the ideal blend of comfort, privacy, and natural beauty. It’s perfect for a short private getaway to unwind and recharge. Highly recommended!

Great desert resort and very reasonable in pricing. Breakfast offering is incredible and the resort offers many activities during the day and the lodging is comfortable with AC and decent facilities . The heritage tents have communal washrooms and ablutions whilst a little more money will give you your own dome or hut where you will have onsuite facilities . All the lodging comes with great Mountain View’s and seclusion

Wonderful location, you feel disconnected from city life here. Great staff including Qamar and Pradeep who were great at responding to requests. Do consider taking a headtorch if you are planning the DIY BBQ to avoid putting your car headlights on. The BBQ was a highlight for sure. Tasty food and fun to cook for yourself. The breakfast was wonderful - so recommend including that in your stay.
