Staying at Rammos managed by Dedeman was an absolute nightmare and a complete disgrace to the Dedeman brand.
• Staff & Service: The staff’s behavior was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. There was no respect, no courtesy, and no sense of responsibility toward guests.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly neglected. Hygiene standards were completely unacceptable.
• Overall Experience: From check-in to check-out, every aspect of this hotel was deeply disappointing. The service was careless, the atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the value for money was nonexistent.
This hotel does not meet even the most basic expectations of hospitality. I strongly warn anyone considering this property: do not waste your time or money here. It is, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

The hotel is new and very clean. The staff is very nice. The food is superb. Everything was great. I won't stay at any other hotel from now on. Let's not forget the sea and the beach, they are wonderful.

Geçen sene de buraya gelmiştik bağımlılık yaptı. Kaliteli, elit ve lüks olmasının dışında konumu, havuz, deniz oda yakınlığı en önemli kullanım kolaylığıydı. Çocuklarla (biri 1, biri 8) havuza, denize, yemeğe gitmek hiç yormadı. Biz odaları ve tesisi görmeden tatil yeri seçmeyen bir aile olarak ( bazen hemen yanında daha güzel bir tesis olunca insanın morali bozuluyor) Rammosun etrafında da ve çevrede daha kaliteli ve her hizmete bu kadar kolay ulaşılır bir tesis yok. Hepsinden de önemlisin müdüründen diğer çalışanlarına hepsi her an ilgili. Seneye yine buradayız inşallah

It is a quite lovely hotel in Bodrum. Has a special beach, rooms are renewed and well conditioned very clean. Breakfast is well enough. Located, quite plenty area very nice for resting. But the best thing is great, friendly, attentive personnel they have from front desk to each locations of hotel.

Sevgili Rammos hotel ailesine çok teşekkür ederiz. Oteli beğendik ve tatilimiz sorunsuz geçti. Otelin konumunu,çalışan personeli,yüzme olanaklarını,peyzaj çok beğendim. Suit te 6 gece kaldık odaları ve mimariyi çok beğendik. Mutfağı geliştirmeniz gerekiyor, seneye buna dikkat edeceğiz. Kahvaltılar daha özenli olabilir, marea restaurant akşamları ambians çok iyi, yemekler gelişebilir, o nasıl bir karides ve şevketibostan sosu anlamadım birşey? en önemlisi otel misafirine öncelik verilmesi gerekir.

I stayed one night in at Rammos Hotel and it exceeded all my expectations. The staff in the reception completed my check-in process smoothly and friendly when I arrived to the hotel. During my entire stay, Ms. Seyda provided excellent support as a Holiday assistance from Guest Relations. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options for every taste. Free SPA for 15 minutes has been offered as welcome and all staff in SPA was professional. I feel myself refreshed after my stay and would like to return for another stay soon.
