Good hotel. Sunset room with a beautiful sunset view. Breakfasts are decent. For dinner there is always a large selection of fish, shrimp, and meat. you can't try everything. What we got was delicious. I liked the system for ordering drinks and fruits using a QR code. On the beach, by the pool. Comfortable.

Çok kötü bir tecrübeydi. Otel çok eskimiş, her yer dökülüyor, insanlar bu otelin nesine yüksek puan vermiş gerçekten çok şaşkınım. Şans vermek adına bir gece kalalım dedik, yemekler ***et vasat, hizmet vasat, odalar eski, otelin geneli eski ve misafirhane görünümlü, genel alanlar pis, servis vasat… Akşam yemek için masa bulamadık, boş bir iki masa olan bölümde de servis açmayacaklarını söylediler. Neyse ki Otel ön büro müdürü bize çok anlayışlı davrandı ve ets görevlisinin de yardımıyla ertesi gün başka otele geçtik. Otel yetkililerine naçizane önerim; lütfen bütçe ayırıp oteli yenileyin, zira böyle şahane doğaya sahip bir alana yazık ediyorsunuz :(

Exclusive Alleinlage auf einer ca. 50.000qm großen Halbinsel am Ende der Bodrum- Peninsula, Flughafen Bodrum ca. 60- 75min. Transfer- zutritt nur für Hotelgäste... Zentralgebäude und mehrere weitere Gebäude...ausschließlich Suiten und Villen von mind. 47qm, insg. 222 für max. ca. 620 Gäste- dann ist aber auch jedes Schlafsofa belegt... von allen Unterkünften mind. tlw. Meerblick... 2 Poolanlagen, sehr kleiner Kinderpool, Indoorpool, 2 Strände, 2 Badeplattformen, Liegewiesen, Sonnenliegen mit eigenem Dach... All- inclusive Konzept 24/7- und hier hält man Wort... Hauptrestaurant, 2 a la Carte (Mexikanisch, Italienisch, Gratis- mind. 1x), 2 Snackrestaurants, 3 Bars, QR- Codes an den Sonnenliegen für Getränke, Roomservice... Wassersport, div. Geschäfte, Friseur- alles Fremdanbieter... Spa mit tollen Anwendungen und angemessenen Preisen... Wlan überall gratis mit bis zu 120 Mpbs... die Zimmer sind hier das High- Light... meine Stammsuite Sunset hat ca. 70qm- davon alleine ca. 19qm Badezimmer... alle Klassenüblichen Ausstattungen vorhanden... auch nach 14 Jahren noch alles gut in „Schuß“- ein „Soft up- Date“ könnte aber nicht schaden (z.B. Teppiche, Vorhänge, Bilder)... Essen und Trinken 24/7- hier geht es wirklich... und das auf hohem Niveau... was Mutlu und sein Team im Hauptrestaurant anbieten ist hervorragend... einzig beim Frühstück kann man noch nachlegen- z.B. mit einer Speisenkarte für die Eierspeisen und natürlich mit Egg Benedict- ein Standard- hier aber nicht vorhanden... auch frischer Möhrensaft sollte keine besondere Herausforderung für eine Küche sein- hier schon- gibt es nicht... der Begriff „Snackrestaurant“ trifft für Xanadu bzw. Archipelago Bar nur bedingt zu- das Niveau der Speisen dort ist weit mehr- es ist außergewöhnlich... die neu konzipierten a la Carte Restaurants überzeugen ebenfalls komplett- Volkan und sein Team machen das wirklich sehr gut... und schon sind wir beim Service... Mahsun und sein Team am Archipelago- unerreicht... Ismail und sein Team am Hauptpool/ XanaduSnack- hervorragend... und selbstverständlich hält Nesli im Hauptrestaurant weiter alles am „laufen“- großartig... Erkan und seine Frau in den a la Carte- man kann es nicht besser machen... dort fiel ein junger Mann besonders auf- Berkan... sein hohes Mass an Fachkentnissen beim Service waren unübersehbar- Chapeau...! die vielen Abende mit Erkan, Birgül und Berkan- eine unvergessliche Experience... Inkonsistent etwas der Service an der Rosebud- Bar am Abend... nicht wirklich schlecht- aber wo ist eigentlich A....., ach ja- Six Senses hat ihn nach Istanbul geholt- und das merkt man halt... die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte zuverlässig und ordentlich... Allereerst, dit is een vertrouwde plek voor ons en het voelt steeds als thuiskomen. De aandacht voor kleine details (zelfde suite, welkomstbrief, je favoriete hoofdkussen, bijkomend stoelen en tafel op balkon naast de ligzetels, ...) is ongelooflijk. Ik wil een paar dingen aanhalen die ik niet in eerdere beoordelingen schreef: 1. à la carte restaurants: het niveau van eten en bediening is zo veel beter geworden. Ze zijn echt een aanrader! 2. bijkomende plaatsen waar je kan genieten zijn ook een aanrader, je kan gemakkelijker een plaatsje vinden uit de wind op winderige dagen 3. ... Wij opteren steeds voor een privé-transfer: op iets meer dan een uur sta je in het hotel op deze manier. Deze zijn steeds correct aanwezig op de luchthaven en ook steeds op tijd bij terugkeer. Aankomst in het hotel voelt steeds als thuiskomen. Ook al is het bijna middernacht je wordt vriendelijk begroet, begeleid naar je suite, de mogelijkheid wordt aangeboden om nog iets te eten, ... Samengevat was het verblijf fantastisch, ook het weer voor de t****e helft van oktober was heel goed (weinig wind). Er zijn zo veel personeelsleden die instaan voor netheid, bediening, ... dat het moeilijk is om één iemand te bedanken. Een dikke merci aan de General Manager, Guest Relations manager, ..., poetsvrouw, tuinman, ... Te veel om op te noemen, aan iedereen dus. Zoals Vera Lynn zo mooi zingt: We'll meet again

This is a great hotel. Gated island (not strictly speaking an island), the suite and grounds were immaculate, food was varied and of good quality, drinks were decent brands and available 24h (food till 22:00). Food ordered to the room is also free but for a 10 Euro service charge. There's even a free laundry service. The staff were very polite and attentive, though there was sometimes more of a language barrier than I'm used to. There's a QR code to scan on all the loungers and tables so you don't even have to go to the bar, and I doubt we ever even waited a full five minutes for drinks to arrive (it was last week of the season though, very quiet). I'd have no difficulty recommending the place. It isn't the cheapest hotel, but by no means the most expensive, and I honestly think it was good value for money. Not everything was perfect, the pools were on the chilly side, even the indoor one. To be fair the place isn't really aimed at kids, but we travelled as a family and the only pool suitable for young children is tiny. The beach is also quite small for the size of the place, can imagine it getting quite competitive in high season (there are plenty of other areas to sun yourself though). I did have a bit of a fallout with room service. They have two teams - cleaners and mini bar. The cleaners were great, but the mini bar team was mostly absent. This might have been trivial were it not for the fact you rely on these people for drinking water - you can drink the tap water in Bodrum, but nobody does. This only improved after the 4th day, when I threatened a more formal complaint. That team are also responsible for replenishing the cups and glasses that the cleaners take away, and it got to the point we were left with just one teacup for a party of four. There was less than I thought there'd be when it comes to site seeing round there btw, it's really somewhere you go to mostly stay at the hotel. Overall though it really is a very nice place. I'd probably go elsewhere next time as a family, but as a couple would happily return.

Mum, dad, granny, 2 x children Annual late October trip. 4th all inclusive. XANADU Island was an excellent choice. Elegance 2 bedroom suite. Perfect holiday from start to finish. Food great. Service first rate. Facilities terrific. A highly recommended hotel and experience.

Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Alles war auf höchstem Niveau. Wir haben schon in verschiedenen Hotels in der Türkei Urlaub gemacht, aber einen Service wie diesen, haben wir bisher noch nicht gesehen. Wunderschöne Strände mit sauberem, klarem Wasser. Feines Essen und Trinken. Sehr freundliches Personal. Besonderer Dank geht an Managerin Lola. Es gibt einen Friseur vor Ort (Can Salon). An ihn: vielen Dank für die stylische Frisur. Das Hotel verfügt über gemütliche Cafés mit Live-Musik . Von all dem haben wir den Eindruck eines unvergesslichen Urlaubs bekommen, den wir auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen können.

This hotel is so close to perfection….the only thing that let ‘s Xanadu Island down is the outdoor pool temperatures , when we stayed in October both outdoor pools water temperature was very cold…. On the positive side The hotel facilities are very high quality , well maintained , clean and set within a safe location. Buffet Restaurant- Food quality very good with a great choice. Bars - all very good , offering branded drinks. Ordering drinks via the table QR code was simple and worked very well. Room - Our room was very comfortable , cleaned daily to a high standard. Every member of the hotel team were friendly and extremely helpful and are a credit to the hotel. In summary , this hotel offers guests a 5 star experience other than the outdoor pool temperature and is the only reason we would not return early or late season.
