Bellazure Hotel

Just finished a weeks holiday at sentido belllazure . Fantastic hotel , very clean and tidy . The staff can’t do enough for you and are very friendly. We spent most of out time at the beach being looked after by Levent and his team . Made fantastic memories and friends. It’s the second time we’ve been here and it won’t be the last . I very highly recommend this amazing hotel . Thankyou to all the staff for looking after us

We are here now and it’s quiet but the service is amazing. Everyone from the restaurant staff including velit, havva and all the rest. Jamil the spa king will sort out a lovely spa for you. The entertainment staff Micheal Jackson mark and Heidie (sorry it spelt wrong ) are fantastic. And all the staff in the beach levette and the beach boys work extremely hard. Very attentive. Never go long without a drink and a little conversation with you. They are all so polite. There are too many to mention. But cannot fault any of the staff down to customer relations who always greet with a smile. So happy here and continue to be happy for years to come. You will not be disappointed coming to this hotel

We had an amazing experience at Duru Spa in Sentido bellazure hotel. We tried both the Balinese massage and the traditional soap massage, and each of them was absolutely wonderful — relaxing, professional, and unforgettable. The atmosphere was very comfortable, and the staff were attentive throughout our visit. A special mention goes to the manager, Jamil, who is exceptionally kind and always ready to help. His warm attitude and professionalism made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for high-quality spa services and genuine hospitality!

On arrival in to the lobby of the hotel on the 6th floor, you are greeted with the most amazing sea views. The bedrooms are on the lower floors, all facing the sea. The rooms are bright, clean and modern with plenty of space. What makes this hotel stand out, are the staff who work there. They are friendly and attentive from reception to the bar and restaurant staff, the cleaners and the whole entertainment team, not forgetting Jamil in the Spa who is a definite asset to the hotel. A special mention to Maz and Emri? who looked after my friend and I in the relaxation pool area, so so well. Professional and smiling, even when it was 42 degrees. Also a mention to all the staff at the beach bar and to the man who runs it. Thank you We had a few niggles when we arrived in that the air con was not working on and off for a few days but the maintenance men were extremely quick to respond I agree with some previous reviewers that the meals in the buffet were not always as hot as I would have liked but this did not spoil the experience. I don't eat meat but do eat fish and the restaurant staff were happy to help and explain. A special thank you to the young man who cooked and served the fresh pasta - he helped me most days with my non meat choices. The lifts go down to floor 2 which is where the adult relaxation pool is. It was uncrowded and not noisy and never had a problem getting a sun bed even at midday. There are about 5 steps up to access the pool area so not suitable if climbing them is an issue. The main pool is yet another floor down, accessed by yet more steps with no lift access so something to be aware of if stairs are an issue. Lastly, I would like to give special thanks to the Manager of the hotel, the Guest Relations team and Huseyin the TUI rep. My friend needed hospital treatment whilst we were there and their help and support was invaluable to us both. Their care was a credit to their beautiful hotel. THANK YOU. I would definitely return to this hotel, for a relaxing break with the best staff possible.

Another great stay here. The relaxed theme just helps you to wind down immediately. Thoroughly recommend that you do a Turkish bath and book some massages to get the full experience The staff are so welcoming and this is also backed up by a great management team and client relations. Entertainment team are brilliant. And what a view you get here.

The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful however! What I wasn't aware of though before arriving was the amount of construction going on next to the pool and also the beach and sunbathing jetty their was consistent banging and noise from 8am until after 17.00pm. It was also quite dangerous to access the path from the beach to the Marina building materials everywhere left about less than 1 Foot to walk through. The manager at the beach bar was very frustrated with the effect this was having on the guests and kept apologising. I checked the reviews before booking and all seemed really good especially the food , I was though dissapointed to find limit choice and the food was cold the only food that was warm was from the one cooking station, which only had one choice. The al a carte restaurant that was advertised as being open wasn't until the evening before my departure, which was a shame as I was told that the food was really nice On a positive note the hotel was clean and the entertainment staff and the shows were good. The pool bar staff were really friendly and always smiling and worked really hard.
