On arrival, l got given room 110 size of room for a single person, okay . But on inspection of room l found under my bed someone socks and under the table was dirty and was plastic cup very dirty. I got a fridge in my room, but to my disappointment, it was not in working order, and l needed to throw out my sandwiches. I told my concerns to the owner of the hotel, and he promised to sort it out. But to my surprise, after cleaning services, nothing was charged apart from beding. To resolve an issue with cleanliness, it took 3 days. Fridge has never been looked at until l raised my issue again. l been told l am not even entitled to Fridge even if it's in my room and it's taking up space.

Old hotel, very noisy in the building due to the water pipes and other guests.
The smell is comparable to a cat litter box.

They are very bad at cleaning the rooms. There were even leftover food and drinks from other customers in the fridge.
