Excelente hotel, los mayordomos Eduardo y Carlos muy serviciales y atentos 100% a nuestros requerimientos, Maria en la Playa que servicio tan especial, La Chef Ivón en 2087 super especial con nosotros, sus platos deliciosos, los capitanes muchas gracias, al personal de servicios generales gracias por su arduo trabajo, las habitaciones siempre impecables. Inolvidables las chicas y chicos del café Ines, siempre serviciales con una sonrisa. En general muy buen servicio. La pasamos muy consentidos por todos. Gracias.... Gracias

We had an AMAZING experience despite a hurricane coming through 2 days prior to our arrival. The resort was beautiful and the staff was excellent! Special thanks to our host Hector who took care of our every need! We love you Hector and thank you for making our anniversary so special! Ricardo at the pool kept our drinks full and all the delicious food coming! We also enjoyed a photo shoot that was part of our promotion and Andres did a magnificent job capturing our personalities and the photo’s didnt look forced at all! Already looking at dates for our return! From the food to the activities we had a fantastic time!

The wife and I do a resort-style trip to a new resort once a year. Unico is the only resort where we did a return trip. We we definitely come back and/or go to one of the other Unico/Hard Rock resorts next year. What did we really enjoy? The beautiful blue beach, the pools, the high end food, the premium drinks, the live entertainment, the super friendly staff, the other couples and groups at the resort. We went in July. Its Hot! Pro Tip: the beach is cooler than the pool (even if you get a cabana). We paid for a poolside cabana, then spent the rest of our day by the beach.

Our swim up pool was amazing when we wanted to just hang by ourselves! The staff is the friendliest and most attentive. Facilities and food are AMAZING!!! Each restaurant is so different and you get such different cuisine in each one. We can't wait to go back!

We enjoyed having a host available to us to tend to our requests. They made our honeymoon very special. Spa and restaurants were most enjoyable. We did not enjoy the UNICO Grille for dinner as we had our first meal there and never returned. We enjoyed room service for breakfast most mornings. There was too much seaweed in the beach to enjoy anything about the beach this time of year.

Had an excellent stay at Unico. The service was incredible highlighted by our two butlers, Alexander and Alejandro. The wait staff ensured our drinks were never empty and we never went hungry. The food was some of the best we’ve had at any all inclusive. Top shelf liquor was served at every bar to all. Pools were great. Room was very nice with very comfortable beds.

This place is outstanding. We were absolutely blown away by the service, luxury, food, everything is perfect. The wildlife you spot walking around the resort is amazing too! 🦎 Our local host Alberto was absolutely fantastic and organised everything for us. We felt like celebrities! This is the dream honeymoon location. It is complete, blissful paradise. Even on rainy days the sounds of the birds and views are mesmerising. We were there throughout hurricane Beryl and we were so well looked after and informed. We loved every single second of our stay at Unico and only wish it wasn’t so far away so we could come back sooner! Thank you Alberto for looking after us so well, this was a dream holiday and you made it extra special for us. We feel very lucky. We definitely recommend a visit to X-plor, it is not far from the hotel and such a great day out!

The food and services were outstanding in every area of the resort. Raul at Mi Carisa restaurant was fantastic. He treated like us we were the only people in the restaurant. His recommendations were awesome. We were there during Hurricane Beryl and the resort did fantastic with how it took care of its guest

AMAZING. Food and staff were so respectful and the staff and spa. Beautiful worth every peso. Will be back for certain. All adults no KIDS. The alcohol was top of the line. My room and the facility stayed cleaned! Spa was AMAZING the hydro therapy was fun
