We have been there for 3 Days and 2 nights by the end of January. Positive : good food, good service, people at disposition. Well equipped conference rooms and good food for coffee breaks. The environnement is very calm and quite ! Negative. Sorry, large amount of small things. First, WiFi was on, but there where no password. “IT is working on it”, have I been told. I finally got an access code but the Internet was not working. Second, swimming pool. Despite the pictures, the water was not blue but... green ! “Temporarily the swimming pool is closed” was the very polite answer. Third, the room. room and bathroom were clean. But the TV was not functioning. The cause ? No plug but two wires to be inserted in the socket. I have reported this twice to the management. No reaction. Fourth, the restaurant. The Hotel has a nice bar, which is closed (at least it was during our stay) About beverages: no coke or lemonade until the day of departure. Only 3 bottles of beer. Make your provisions before coming ! So no big issues but anyway, seems like some things are going wrong

Even though the place is nice, the customer service is bad. It is either they are under staffed or they do not go through good customer service training. The phone in my room wasn’t working I asked the front desk to help me out or change my room, I didn’t get any feedback. My worst experience was, I wanted to order for food from tier restaurant and because my room service phone wasn’t working, I used my personal phone to call their front desk after getting their phone number from their website, the front desk person told me he can’t get back to me on the price so I’ll have to walk from my room to the restaurant which is in a different block.
