The room stinks so bad. Opened the windows and it still did not help. Left the room and asked they have it cleaned and smell free. I came back after a night out to the room smelling same. I don’t know what it is but it smelt really bad. The sheets also smelt bad. The fan was spoilt. Breakfast was terrible! It was not a buffet and the dishes were served in very tiny portions. No water was served in the room or at breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

My wife and I had fun, enjoyed our stay. It was an unforgettable experience and my wife love this place. The manager was good from inquiry, reservation, have time to direct us to the hotel, he is such amazing person. Good service and prompt problem solving. I will return thousand times to @higherheightshotel anytime I want to experience home away from home. Keep it up manager.

They a comfortable bed and good view, good customer service and prompt servicing. Nice reception good food. I recommend @higherheightshotel to everyone who want stay home away from home and enjoy cold weather.

A serene place for your business and good customer service. I recommend this place to everyone who want to host a conference or business here. Great management and staff, keep it up. The rooms are beautiful and the food taste good.

I’m so sorry but the hotel doesn’t make sense . They’re check out time is poor and seems a cheat .. they actually do not serve on time , bees and more over im never happy with the hotel because they steal
