房間是轉角房，能看到日出和露台上的貓貓，但是上不了露台。早飯種類還挺多，就是可能不太適合中國胃。周圍有很多吃飯的地方和商場，比如kfc 棒約翰等，算是市中心，出行很方便。

房間很不錯，很安靜。整潔衞生，能看到海。距海邊不到二十分鐘。附近有超市和不錯的餐飲店，非常方便。客服非常熱情。

Номер был на втором этаже и окна выходили на площадку, которая шла вдоль всего этажа, если не закрывать дверь туда, то можно пройти в соседние номера, так же там лежали строительные материалы, поэтому номер с видом на море не доставил удовольствия своим видом, да и моря был совсем маленький кусочек.
Плохо работал слив в душе, после прочистки, через пару дней все повторилось.
С одной стороны у кровати не было розетки.
При бронировании было указано два человека, но почему-то при заезде ждали одного и все в номере было для одного человека, полотенца, халат, мыльно-рыльные принадлежности. Заехали в 12 ночи, но пеуред этим утром заказали трансфер из аэропорта, при заезде услышали от персонала, что они уже собирались отменять бронь.
Брали один раз завтрак, неплохой, но для такого большого и звёздного отеля мог быть и по разнообразнее.
Рядом есть несколько продуктовых магазинов, кафе и банк где можно поменять деньги.
В принципе ничего критичного не было, за такую цену все в норме, но ожидания от такого отеля были выше.

This hotel is a four-star hotel, 375 per night. The only drawback is that the air conditioning is not cold in this season, but the windows and interior facilities are very modern. It is better than many hotels in Almaty.
