總體來説，酒店設施較新，在阿克套一眾酒店裡算性價比不錯的，但是經理的服務態度很不好，員工倒是都挺友好的。我們這次外出遊玩歸來回酒店取寄存的行李，因為預訂去機場的包車還有一個小時到，就在大堂呆了一會，因為有夥伴用了大廳的廁所，洗了把臉被看見了，一個黑壯的老闆態度就很不好，讓我們馬上離開酒店，一分鐘都不能呆，説我們弄臟了他家的廁所，酒店一切公共設施衹提供給住店客人，已經退房的客人不能使用。好好説話我們也能接受，就是這態度極其不友好，一點都不像從事服務行業的人，被經理訓了就像喉嚨卡了根刺，特別不爽。

我最近入住了這家酒店，總體體驗非常滿意。酒店位置優越，靠近裏海、戰爭紀念碑和牆體彩繪大樓，周圍還有很多美食餐廳，步行即可到達。
酒店前台工作人員英語流利，態度友好，讓人感到賓至如歸。早餐種類豐富，味道也很好，是一天美好開始的保障。
