Majority of the staff are friendly except the receptionist in the front desk. I experienced the rude behaviour and discrimination by the receptionist who challenged my pronunciation & accent. This is very disappointing unless they didn't welcome Chinese guests. I have sent a complaint via email and looking forward to hearing from their reply.

Добрый день! Рекомендую отель, нам очень понравилось! Хороший отель с большим ландшафтным садом, большими бассейнами. Очень чисто, уютно и красиво. Удобное расположение, хороший сервис. Для детей – все условия. Баночное питание, горшки, блендер, аквапарк, несколько бассейнов, детская анимация. У взрослых своя спортивно-развлекательная программа. Много бассейнов (есть открытые и закрытые с подогревом), спа, теннисный корт, спортивные игры, тренажерный зал, аквааэробика актуальны днем, а вечер – время развлечений. Эффектные шоу, зажигательные дискотеки, конкурсы, розыгрыши и много драйва! Питание: Отличные, разнообразное и вкусное питание, еда была обильной и разнообразной, всегда абсолютно свежей и очень вкусной. Отдельное внимание детскому питанию – на шведском столе всегда есть диетические блюда. Особая благодарность кухне и обслуживанию. Лобби-бар: команда, которая постарается удовлетворить все пожелания гостей относительно напитков, где это возможно. А вот с кофе точно скажу – в лобби-баре самый лучший! Номер: В номере есть все необходимое. Удобный матрас и подушки. Белье меняли каждый день. Пляж отличный. Места на песчаном пляже точно хватит всем. Лежаки чистые. Очень тихое место. Рядом с отелем находятся остановки автобусов и стоянка такси, благодаря чему можно легко добраться до города Анталья. Персонал очень отзывчивый. Adalya Elite Lara 5* teşekkürler

This place is amazing. Not just the grounds, food and rooms but the staff work so hard to keep this place going. Everything is kept immaculately clean. The food choices are fantastic and the drinks are also of a high quality. The pool areas are beautiful and they even bring your drinks to you whilst you are say by the pool. We travelled with a 3 year old and an 80 year old and both were kept happy. We will definitely be returning.

We had a fantastic holiday at this hotel. From the minute you walk through the door you are made to feel so welcome, and nothing is any trouble for the staff. They will help you in any way they can and are happy to do it. The food is amazing and there are so many choices at mealtimes you can't go wrong. We dined at the Asian a la carte and that was really nice too, cocktails in lobby bar were excellent, Mahalle bar staff lovely too. The hotel is beautiful and kept spotlessly clean in all areas. We will definitely stay here again.

Antalya Lara bölgesinde kısmen şehir içinde, ulaşım kolay ancak otopark otelin arka kısmında yer alıyor ve otele doğrudan girişi yok, uzunca bir yolu (otel dışına çıkarak) yürümeniz gerekiyor. Vale yok, bölge otellerinde de yokmuş. Yeme-İçme: Genel olarak yemekler lezzetli ve yeterli çeşitlilikte. Vejetaryen seçenekleri de fena değil. Kahvaltı seçenekleri iyi. Ana restoranda 24 saat hizmet verilmesi de güzel bir uygulama. Temizlik: Otelin ortak alanları temiz ve düzenli. Odalar hergün temizleniyor ve bu hizmeti yapan personel işini eksiksiz yapıyor. Personel: Genel anlamda personelin çoğu ***retli ve güleryüzlü ancak bazı bar çalışanları misafirler ile lüzumsuz bir samimiyet kurmuş (ya da misafirler bunu talep etmiştir, bilemiyorum), bunun da içecek birşeyler almak için bekleyen diğer misafirleri olumsuz yönde etkilediğini gözlemledim. Sadece gözlem değil, bizzat yaşadım. Barda gece yarısı 15 dakika 1 bira alamadan bekledim ve çekip gitmek zorunda kaldım, zira saat geç olmuştu, daha fazla gerilmek istemedim. Her ne kadar gerilmemek için çaba sarfettiysem de gece doğru düzgün uyuyamadım, 3 saatlik uykuyla ertesi günü tamamlamak zorunda kaldım. Durumu sayfamda yazdığım için Müşteri İlişkileri departmanı ertesi gün aradı. Durumu ilgili hanımefendiye anlattım, sanırım müdür yardımcısı arkadaşı çağırdı. Laf ola beri gele minvalinde şikayetimiz dinlendi, dil ucuyla samimiyetsiz bir özür dilendi. Her iki personel de savunma pozisyonunda, kabahati çalışanlara yıkmaya çalışarak kalabalıktan dem vurdu. Personel yönetimi idarenin işidir bildiğim kadarıyla (6 yıl yöneticilik yaptım), ortada bir sorun varsa samiyetle ve mahcubiyetle özür dilenir, savunma yapılmaz. Dinlenmek ve olabilirse eğlenmek için gittiğim tatilden uykusuz, yorgun, mutsuz ve hayal kırıklığı ile döndüm. Yaz tatili için de alternatifimiz olabilecek bir oteldi ama artık bedavaya olsa bile gitmem dediğim birkaç otel arasına girdi.. Haklarını yemeyeyim işini severek yapan üstelik bunu eğlenceli hale getiren ve bizi neşelendiren çalışanlar da vardı. Örneğin kahvaltıda omlet yapan hanımefendi ve bazı restoran çalışanları (isimlerini alamadım) oldukça ***retli ve güleryüzlüydü. Özetle; Adalya Elite Lara belki iyi bir otel ama aynı kategorideki bazı Belek otellerinin çok gerisinde. Sorun yoksa sorun yok ama sorun varsa çözüm yok! Müşterisine yalandan değil "samimiyetle" bir özürü çok gören bir işletme için daha fazla ne söylenebilir ki..
