Delphi Imperial is very good hotel. Crom guest relations, irem sahar and violeta are really helpful. Food and te beverages are really delicous.

Мы являемся постоянными посетителями сети отелей Delphin с 2011 года.Были в отелях:Delphin Botanic;Delphin Platinum,Delphin Be Grand;Delphin Imperial;Delphin De LUX.Для нашей семьи лучший во всех отношениях это бесспорно Delphin Imperial.Delphin Imperial это не "тусовочный отель".он скорее всего ближе к семейному отелю.Хотя вечернии программы(концерты,детская анимация,различные шоу) здесь на очень высоком уровне.С этого года открылась новая Imperial Arena,новый громадный Aqua Park(для детей здесь просто сказка).Питание на любой вкус,рестораны работают с 7,00 до 22,00,но есть бары в которых вы всегда сможете перекусить 24/7.На территории отеля расположены различные холодильники с детским питанием,охладительные напитки,пиво,шампанское и т.д 24/7.На территории отеля расположено 9 Ala Carte,платные рестораны Stake House(50.00 Eur/человек;) и Японский ресторан (40,00 Eur/человек).Уборка номеров на самом высоком уровне.Отдельные слова благодарности хочется сказать по работе Guest Releation и именно Наталье!!!Наталья спасибо Вам за ваш труд,заботу и внимание!При возникновении различных вопросов,а иногда и помощи,Наталья предпринимала все шаги,чтобы решить ваш вопрос,а главное,что внимание к гостям происходит очень ненавязчиво(а для нас это было очень важно).Команда аниматаров во главе с менеджером Оzgur(ом),просто молодцы!!!За все наши 16 лет пребывания в различных отелях сети Delphin это одна из лучших команд аниматоров!Развлекательные программы Gala Night(которые проходят один раз в две недели),это отдельная история,которой наверно можно посвятить отельный отзыв...Это очень сильная и прекрасная программ с привлечением различных звёзд.Отдельные слова благодарности ассистент-директору отлеля господину Барышу,спасибо за Ваше внимание к нашей семье!!!DJ Ozzie это один из лучших Ди-джеев Турции,которые представляет свои шоу во всех отелях семейства Delphin уже многие годы.DJ Ozzie -BEST FROM BEST!!!Можно очень много хорошего написать об этом отеле,но если обобщить,то просто замечательный отель в который снова и снова хочется вернуться....
