Luxus vom Feinsten. Keine Wünsche offen. Selbst im Winter mehr als empfehlenswert. Hochwertige Abendshows, Überangebot an Essen,traumhafte Lage. Sauber, freundlich, beheizter Outdoorpool für den Ganzjahresurlaub. Selbst im Februar fühlt man sich wie in der Hochsaison, da es annichts mangelt (Shows, Animation, Essen).

Это был наш 26-й раз посещения отелей сети Дельфин (раньше - Делюкс и Империал). Мы впервые провели в Дельфин БиГранд последнюю неделю зимы, отметили здесь 26-ю годовщину нашей свадьбы! Несмотря на прохладную погоду в первые дни нашего отдыха, тепло и гостеприимность всего персонала гостиницы сделали наше пребывание здесь замечательным. Отель оборудован и оснащён всем, что необходимо для полноценного отдыха, отлично работают бассейны, в том числе тёплый на свежем воздухе, всё очень чисто и прибрано, сотрудники отеля очень доброжелательны и приветливы, готовы помочь, решить все возникающие вопросы. Особо отметим Нану на ресепшен и Тому в GR - они - настоящее лицо отеля, очень нам помогали, спасибо)! Ну, и особое спасибо всем, кто причастен к организации питания: всё очень-очень вкусно))!!

Absolutely perfect from start to go finish. The Team at the Delphine Be Grand are fantastic. The food was excellent. Special mention to Abdullah K. Miksolojist . He is at the cocktail bar and such a artist . Every drink is made with such professionalism and accuracy. We would love to be able to mention so many more of this team . Each and everyone at the Delphine be. Grand made our holiday special. Thank you all .

Eşimle çocuğumla ilk defa otelinize geldik. Yemekler şahaneydi, personeller çok ilgilive yardım severdi, hizmet servis süperdi. Özellikle odamıza bakan Minibar Personeli Hüseyin Akgün çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi , bizi evimizde gibi hissettirdi. İsini severek yapan birisiydi. Her arzumuzu yerine getirdi. Yakında belki tekrar görüşmek üzere Delphin Be Grand

Отдыхаем в отеле Дельфин Би гранд. Отличный номер с видом на море. Прекрасное обслуживание. Отличное питание. Прекрасная организация отдыха, всё продумано до мелочей. Хотелось бы отметить менеджера по работе с гостями Наталью. Этот человек явно на своём месте. Молниеносно реагирует на казалось бы ничтожные просьбы. Прекрасный специалист! Вникает во всё проблемы гостей, решает их грамотно и быстро. Большое спасибо этой доброй, милой девушке.

Отдыхаем в отеле, всё хорошо. Название говорит само за себя. Дельфин Би Гранд. Хотелось выразить благодарность Наталье, менеджеру по работе с гостями. Такого профессионала я ещё не встречал!!! Хотя отелей было не мало. Грамотный, вежливый специалист, сопровождает наше пребывание с утра до вечера. Огромное спасибо за заботу!!! Ещё хотел отметить Каролину с ресепшен. Милая, обаятельная добрая девушка! Хотелось бы побывать в этом отеле ещё раз летом!

After a recommendation from a good friend. We visited this hotel in February 2025 for my Dad's 60th Birthday. Would highly recommend this hotel, the outdoor heated pool is the warmest we've ever been in. Lovely walk down to the beach so the children could play which was lovely. The food variety is brilliant espcially for the children during the whole day. We went to the Mexican and Italian resturant which was great i will add some photos. We went to the steak resturant for my Dad's actual birthday and all staff made a massive fuss over him which was brilliant. Ayhan (i hope I've spelt that correct sorry if not) the guest relations manager. Was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble for him. So Thank you so much for everything you have done this week. We would definitely come back again in the future.
