We had a wonderful weekend at Delphin Be Grand Hotel, where every detail made us feel truly special. From the exceptional food and beverage services to the spotless cleanliness of the rooms and general areas, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. В данное время , отдыхаем в Дельфин Бе Грант. Как всегда , всё хорошо. В этом отеле , восьмой раз. Фактически многих знаем. Персонал радостно нас встретил. Было очень приятно.Как всегда, везде порядок. Чувствуется контроль, со стороны администрации отеля. В ресторане , большой выбор меню. Всё вкусно. Мы всем довольны. Море чудо. Вода тёплая. Вечером много развлекательных программ. Так что, скучно не бывает. Большая территория, где можно погулять. Я считаю, что это , один из лучших отелей. Вечером можно выйти в город. Много торговых центров, базары ( Султан) Сейчас наслаждаемся отдыхом. Спасибо всему персоналу.

Otel çalışanları saygılı, güleryüzlü ve ilgili. Tesisin genel olarak temizliği iyi. Aynı şekilde oda temizliği de başarılı. Hem yetişkin hemde çocuk Aquaparkı çok iyi ve fazlasıyla yeterli. Aqua nın etrafında yer alan “lazy river” keyifli ve dinlendirici. Oteldeki tüm havuzların çevresinde şezlong çok olmasına rağmen sabah saatlerinde boş şezlong bulmak zor olabiliyor. Sahil de şezlong sorunu olmuyor. Sahili temiz ancak denizi çabuk derinleşiyor. Bölgenin klasik sorunu. İçecek kalitesi çok iyi, yemekler de aynı şekilde. Ana restoran da boş masa sorunu yok ve ana restoran çalışanları işlerini çok iyi yapıyorlar. Konaklama tarihlerine denk gelen doğum gününde basit bir pastaya ekstra ücret talep etmeleri hoş bir durum değil. Bir çok otel bunu misafirlerine jest olarak yapıyor. Konakladığınız sürece her gün ücretsiz A’la Carte rezervasyonu yaptırabilirsiniz. Ancak sabah 8 de bunun için sıraya girmeniz gerekli. En çok tercih edilen İtalyan A’la Carte beklentimizi karşılamadı. Ancak Deniz ürünleri(Mermaid) A’la Carte ı çok başarılıydı. Mini club konum olarak otele uzak kalıyor ve kapanış saati çok erken. Çocuklar için lunapark çok güzel düşünülmüş ama biraz daha geç saatte kapanabilir. Akşamları sahne gösterileri daha iyi olabilir. Otelin misafir ilişkileri sizinle ilgileniyor gibi not alıyorlar ancak çözüm olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Genel olarak çocuklu aileler için kesinlikle tavsiye edilebilecek bir otel.

Well omg what can I say the best hotel we have every stayed at. It was just myself and 13 year old boy.. who's Autism they went out of there way to get us in la cart as he didn't like big crowds. The skaters who bring your drinks.. work so hard.. I've littery been treated like a queen.. all staff have smiles on there faces.. I dont have one bad thing to say.. but thanks for having us see u next year. Top class hotel thank you

I recently stayed at this hotel at the end if August 2025, overall the stay was amazing. However, after checking out, I accidentally left my charger and ear pods in the room. I contacted the hotel to request they post it back explaining that i would cover postage costs, but the hotel informed me they do not have the item. While I understand that these scernarios are common, I am disappointed by the lack of assistance in locating or recovering the lost item. I hope the hotel reviews its lost property procedures to better support guests in similar situations in the future.

We came to this hotel last year and had a wonderful 7 days, so much so, we decided to come back this year for 10 nights. I never realised a hotel could go quite so far downhill in 12 months. Too many issues so I will just list the main ones: Multiple instances of sickness and illness. (so much so, one of our party needed fluids through IV just to get home). We only drank and ate in the hotel. We asked to keep the room on the last day (or another room) due to people being being significantly ill, they just told me 'no'. Fridges defrosting - destroying valuable medical supplies. AC not working Lifts failing (son now has a fear of lifts) Lazy river bridge collapsing, spilling dirty stagnant water on my and my children. All lifejackets for the lazy river are covered in mould, but you must wear one. Had to move rooms due to noisy neighbours at 1am, no help to move by hotel staff. There were multiple people complaining about rooms at the same time. On the positive: The workers who provide drinks poolside are fantastic The people who clean the rooms are brilliant. They are let down by the rest of the facilities and staff who give the impression that you are a hinderance to them. All things reported to the hotel/tour operator, who have done nothing, so far.

Ik heb veel All Inclusief hotels bezocht maar dit hotel overtreft alles. Het hotel is heel schoon. Er wordt meerdere keren per dag prullenbakken geleegd, de grond en deuren geveegd. Onze kamer is heel fijn en wordt elke dag goed schoongemaakt. De bedden liggen erg prettig. Er is zoveel variatie in eten dat je een week nodig hebt om al het eten te proeven. Vanaf half 11 in de ochtend rijdt er een groep op skates bij zwembaden. Zij halen de hele dag door bestellingen op. Er is in het hotel een Aquapark. Heel leuk voor kinderen én volwassenen. Mijn enige twee adviezen: 1. Iets betere bedden aan het zwembad. 2. De loca’s (speciale bedden aan het zwembad en zee) is veel te duur. 120 euro aan het zwembad en 100 euro (per dag) aan de zee is absurd duur. ik heb in 3 dagen nog geen medewerker ontmoet die niet lacht. Dit is Turkse gastvrijheid op z’n top.

Negative: queue for a la carte restaurant booking. Now that we have that out of the way….. the staff are amazing and could not do enough. More than enough sun loungers, staff by the pool constantly checking you have adequate to drink. At all times there was a place nearby to get food. Countless drink stations. Food was exceptional so no actual need to book a la carte restaurant as it had different themes every night. Staff make an effort to remember what you like. Rooms regularly cleaned. On the last day, the hotel allows use of all amenities while we wait for our departure time. My children are very picky eaters and we always found something to eat, even at 11 at night. Thank you to all the staff for making it a holiday to remember. You cannot put a price to the way staff treated us, the hotel management should be thankful to their exceptional staff. We stayed in 4432, I mention this as the housekeeper went out of her way to care for us. I wish I could name her but management will know her.
