I recently stayed for the third time at the beautiful Delphin BE Grand Resort in Antalya, and once again, it was an amazing experience! This hotel continues to exceed my expectations – every detail is carefully thought out, and absolutely nothing is lacking. I would especially like to thank Ms. Natalia Akpinar from Guest Relations. She was always there for us and constantly checked in to see if we needed anything. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine friendliness made our stay even more enjoyable. Nothing was ever too much for her – she truly embodies hospitality. I also want to express my appreciation to Mr. Ergün at the reception. His warm welcome, kindness, and helpful attitude made both our arrival and entire stay smooth and pleasant. I’ve already recommended this hotel to family and friends, and will continue to do so. Delphin BE Grand Resort truly feels like coming home – luxury, comfort, hospitality, and top-notch service all in one. Looking forward to our next visit!

The hotel is rubbish. The food is terrible and the guest relations staff are so rude. This is not 5 star. The sun lounger cushions are like tin foil and burn you!

30x Delphine aber aktuell wird es kein 31x geben! Wo ist Sie geblieben die „Delphine Family“? Wo ist der allgemeine Service geblieben? Man scheint nur noch eine Nummer zu sein! Sauberkeit? Das war wirklich mal viel besser, schwarzer Schimmel an der Klima geht garnicht! Gästebetreuung? Das kommt von Gäste betreuen und nicht von sich 14 Tage nicht einmal blicken lassen!

Op 20 juli 2025 kwamen we aan bij Delphin BE Grand in Antalya Lara, klaar voor een luxe vijfsterrenvakantie. Wat een illusie! Na drie nachten, tegen een absurde €500 per nacht, konden we niet anders dan vroegtijdig vertrekken, ook al kostte ons dat een fortuin. Dit hotel is een regelrechte teleurstelling en verdient zijn sterren niet. Lees dit voordat je boekt, want dit wil je niet meemaken. De bedden zijn een ramp. Krakende veren prikken bijna door de flinterdunne matrassen heen, en de kussens voelen als warme, klonterige zakken die je nek geen moment rust gunnen. Slapen is hier een straf, geen rust. De airco is een farce: centraal geregeld, minimaal 19 graden, maar je kamer blijft een benauwde sauna. Schoonmaak is een lachertje. Als je geluk hebt, wordt je kamer even snel “gespecht” schoongemaakt, met vuile handdoeken die blijven liggen en vlekken die nooit verdwijnen. Het eten? Absoluut verschrikkelijk. Het buffet is smakeloos, vaak koud en ziet eruit alsof het al dagen staat te verpieteren. Keuze is minimaal, en wat er ligt, is amper eetbaar. Het personeel lijkt alleen maar uit op fooien. Zonder een paar euro in hun hand kijken ze je niet eens aan, laat staan dat je een glimlach krijgt. Service is hier een onbekend begrip. Het hotel is een chaotische mierenhoop. Overal hordes mensen, schreeuwende kinderen en een constante herrie die je geen moment rust gunt. Het restaurant en de zwembaden zijn zo overvol dat je je afvraagt of je in een luxe resort bent of in een budgetpretpark. Een plekje vinden bij het zwembad is een gevecht, en ontspannen is simpelweg onmogelijk. Begin juli zaten we in Rixos Premium Belek, ook in Antalya. Ja, iets duurder, maar een wereld van verschil. Comfortabele bedden, heerlijk eten, echte service en een sfeer die wél luxe uitstraalt. Delphin BE Grand is een belediging voor je portemonnee en je vakantiedromen. Mijn advies: mijd dit hotel en boek iets wat je geld waard is. Wij komen nooit meer terug!
