Went 8 years ago and came back. Even better this time round, for my wedding anniversary trip! Food is amazing - really tasty and the variety is incredible. There is something for everyone and the hammam experience is really relaxing. Totally recommend - beautiful hotel and great value for money!

One of the worst hotels l have ever stayed. No option for vegetarians. Cheap and sloppy food. No air condition in elevators. The rooms are archaic and very badly set. Pool is boiling hot. Some of the staff is nice but most is inattentive. No empty seats by the pool any time of the day. An object disappeared from our room, it could not be found and we didn't receive enough attention or an apology instead the guest relations blamed us for complaining. Terrible experience, in fact the worst experience I've had with an all inclusive hotel all my life.

Pobyt na przełomie czerwca/lipca 2025, rodzina 2+1 . Zacznę od minusów: - Hotel w swojej budowie i architekturze posiada charakterystyczny wystający gzyms/podciąg. Dodaje on uroku i przyciąga oko. Natomiast mając pokój na 1 piętrze całkowicie zasłania on widok z balkonu na cokolwiek. Nie widać morza, basenu ani ogrodu. Z naszego pokoju (1133) nie było widać nic (biuro w ofercie zapewniało Nam boczny widok na morze) oprócz tego widzieliśmy podciąg i agregaty na dole - Hotel całkowicie nastawiony jest na niemieckich turystów. Obsługa hotelowa zarówno przy basenie, w hotelu, porozumiewa się praktycznie tylko w tym języku. Najgorszy był fakt prowadzenia animacji dla najmłodszych, również tylko w języku niemieckim, nie zbaczając na inne dzieci.. Codziennie o 10:00 na rozpoczęcie dnia z głośników hotelowych na basenie wybrzmiewa jakże zachęcająca piosenka "Guten morgen"..... - Nigdzie nie ma informacji o naprawdę przecudownej restauracji na dachu budynku alla carte, z przepięknym widokiem . Dowiedzieliśmy o niej przypadkiem. Można z niej korzystać w ramach all incuisve - może dlatego, że nie nie jesteśmy niemcami... I to chyba tyle z minusów. Hotel bardzo czysty. Pokoje zadbane, do dyspozycji lodówka która jest codziennie uzupełniania przez obsługę. Jedzenie pyszne - codziennie inny tematyczny wieczór. Naprawdę jest w czym wybierać zarówno na śniadaniu i kolacji. Pool Bar również oferuje przekąski typu wrapy, burgery, frytki itp. Animatorzy mili i uśmiechnięci. Leżaki pozajmowane już o 9 rano ale to chyba już standard w hotelach Tureckich więc nie klasyfikuje to jako minus. Podsumowując jestem w stanie polecić ten hotel, jednak dla mnie fakt nastawienia tylko na niemieckich turystów jest nie do zaakcpetowania.

Mieliśmy duże oczekiwania odnośnie tego hotelu. Po opiniach w internecie oraz zapewnieniach pani z biura podróży oczekiwaliśmy, że hotel nas zachwyci wysokim standardem i luksusem. Jesteśmy nieco rozczarowani, szczególnie wyglądem pokoju. Obejście dookoła hotelu zadbane, lobby i recepcja robią wrażenie. Ale gdy weszliśmy do pokoju poczuliśmy jakbyśmy cofnęli się w czasie. Widać, że pokoje i łazienki dawno nie były remontowane. Mieliśmy wykupiony pokój z bocznym widokiem na morze.. dostaliśmy 1 piętro i niestety morza za bardzo widać nie było. 90% turystów to Niemcy i czuć, że hotel jest nastawiony głównie na ich obsługę. Kelnerzy, animatorzy, wieczorne show - słychać tylko język niemiecki. Mówią, że to Polacy z samego rana rezerwują leżaki zostawiając ręczniki. No cóż - tutaj o 9 rano połowa leżaków zajęte, a ludzi pół dnia nie było widać. Przychodzili po południu, bo rano siedzieli na plaży. Plus za jedzenie - bardzo duży wybór i naprawdę smacznie. Przy basenie i plaży są lodówki z darmową wodą butelkowaną i ayranem oraz zamrażarki z lodami Algida. Plaża hotelowa niewielka, położona pomiędzy pomostami innych hoteli. W okolicy samego hotelu był bazar, który w czasie naszego pobytu został doszczętnie rozebrany. Do większego sklepu spożywczego (Migros) jest około 20 minut pieszo.
