We had a family vacation at the end of September. We liked the hotel. Very beautiful fountain at the entrance to the hotel. The atmosphere in the lobby is friendly. We were greeted well and quickly accommodated, although we arrived much earlier. We liked the style of the hotel. The territory is large, well decorated, lots of greenery. There is a water park. В ресторане с кондиционеров течёт вода прям на людей , номер достался нам вид на стройку и в самом номере кресло было грязное , на стенах пятна а на раковине какие то сопли . Горки подтекают , если над ними проходить то там видно как капает вода. По ночам выключеное зеркало само включается или же моргает , в море острые бетонные куски от моста об которых я сильно порезалась + куча мусора в море , интернет почти не ловит, когда пришли было много жуков в номере . Плюсы: много бассейнов , вкусная еда , много процедур по типу спа и тд и сам отель довольно красивый

Впечатления не очень, номер древний. В семейном номере (две комнаты) ультра все включено - холодильник в одной комнате, пиво было в первый день, потом обновляли только газировку. Чаевые были регулярно. Как обычно, лежаки утром все заняты полотенцами, людей до обеда в половине занятых мест - нет. Аквапарк в отеле пару часов в день, поток горки не работают. Кухня - средняя, стандарт- картофель фри, гриль курица, гриль лук, рыбой не пахло вообще, никаких морепродуктов от слова и кислые салаты. Больше всего поразило выселение, в 12.00 отрубили вайфай всей семье, выезд из отеля в 21.45 вечера. За деньги не смогли продлить номер, сказали все заказано, 9 часов семьей с детьми провели в холле. Два года до этого отдыхали в соседнем отеле в разы лучше по всем параметрам!!!!!!! Этот отель настойчиво всучили туроператоры.

Geçen Ağustos ayında 10 günlüğüne bu otele gitmiştim. Otel aşırı kalabalıktı. Lobi, restoran çok yetersizdi. Restoran her zaman kalabalıktı. Lobi de öyle. Sırf daha fazla para kazanmak uğruna kapasitenin çok üzerinde doldurulmuştu. Yemek çeşidi azdı. Odalar yeterince temiz değildi. Havuzda kullanılan havlular temiz değildi, sadece kurutulup yeniden misafirlere veriliyordu sanırım. Havuzda hijyen kuralları uygulanmıyordu. Havuzun tabanı sürekli kumluydu. Kaldığım 10 günde 5 kere çocuklar tuvaletini yaptığı için havuzun bir kısmı kapalıydı, havuzun tamamının kapanması gerekirken. Bu otelde konaklamak için geçen şubat ayında Jolly turda 9 taksitle ödeme yaptım. Bu kadar pişman olduğum başka bir otel olmadı. Bir sene çalışıp 10 gün kafa dinlemeye geldiğim bu otel yüzünden daha fazla stres sahibi oldum. Bu sene de otelin yenilenip başka bir isimle faaliyetine devam edeceğini öğrendim. Aynı zihniyet değişmediği sürece bu sorunlar da çözülmez.
