Where do we start! Nothing negative about this hotel apart from there were not alot of English but everyone was friendly and we ended up mingling with German, Turkish, Dutch and some English. So it would not stop us coming back. Every member of staff work hard, whether it be toilet attendants, domestics, chefs, waiters, waitresses, bar staff which do come and take your orders by the pool, but we have to take our hats off to the entertainment staff. They are so friendly and not pressurising at all to play the games. We did not join in but loved to watch. 3 members of the entertainment staff we did love was Omar, Jimmy and Sailash. They made our stay very special and had that personnel touch which is important. The piano bar is a hidden jem and has air con. (Samdra and Emenie) will look after you.) Things to do at the hotel, the foam party was brilliant, loved every minute of it, the DJ party was excellent and would recommend. The food, wow! Something for everyone, We kept finding something new to eat and will definitely be trying these things at home. We did not go to the restaurants that you pay for as we had heard the main restaurant was much better and had everything you needed. During the day, there is food on at different times, the baked potatos and kebabs are a must. You do not need to put towels on sunbeds, there is plenty. But for the towel police, we actually did put towels down on our last day BUT there were still plenty of beds not taken. We did find walking outside of the hotel, it is all shops and steak houses so don't expect pubs! Belek is the place to go if you want nightlife. The shops though, you can barter, and they will come down in price. The hotel itself has the wow factor, it is the best by far looking at them from the beach.
