I arrived over Easter Holidays with my 10 year daughter. The hotel had only been opened for 3 days of the season so very quite and I have to say that was a blessing. The staff across the hotel treated us like royals and extremely friendly and service minded.some facilities were closed since the season still had not kick-started yet but that was perfectly fine since all the main facilities were open. A clean hotel and a lovely beach and waterland on property. The spa with it's spa treatments was a blessing for a stressed out mum. The price level of this hotel is right on point so I think their Management with Revenue team have done correct estimations- good value for money. I would certainly come back again. Being in the hotel business myself for 24 year, I have stayed many hotels and resorts across the world and Turkey and different level of them so I try utmost to remain neutral in my opinion which can hard. I would like to like to highlight the staff because I know work really hard and the season had not even started so Management should be really proud of them and I do apologize if I don't remember everyone so a big eloge to everyone and some of them were absolutely amazing: Darya at the Reception, Serkan the Spa Manager with Daisy who carried out my massages, Ibrahim the shop manager, Metehan the roller-scater servant by the pool and so many more of you. Thank for making mine and my daughter's Easter Holiday a real gem🙏

На территории отеля получила травму от автоматических дверей при входе в зону ресторана - закрылись раньше положенного - датчики не сработали. С помощью русскоговорящих представителей Gest Relation оперативно помогли обратиться в госпиталь Anatolia Hospital по страховке, организовали трансфер в госпиталь. Рекомендуемый в госпитале КТ проведен не был, поскольку страховка туроператора, входящая в стандартный пакет, не покрывает рекомендуемую процедуру. Проведенные исследования по заключению врачей были недостаточны, чтобы корректно диагностировать травму и назначить правильное лечение. Травмоопасность высоких автоматических дверей из толстого стекла очень высока для отдыхающих. Полученная травма оказалась очень болезненной и сделала невозможным полноценный отдых в отеле.

I was there with my wife and service was very poor staff wasn’t good and food wasn’t that great , reception wasn’t that nice and they were giving very very poor service, I was very disappointed. Look at everything and everywhere wasn’t that clean very old and wasn’t great.

Отдых в мае. Прекрасный отель. Встретили замечательно. Номера чистые, красивые, после реновации. Питание на уровне. Много баров. Прекрасный, улыбчивый персонал. Пляжная линия великолепна. Вернёмся обязательно в следующем году уже тремя семьями.

Chciałabym opisać wszystko szczegółowo, ale postaram się krótko. Minusy: Czystość w pokoju. Po przyjeździe, a nawet po pierwszym sprzątaniu następnego dnia, pokój nie był czystszy. Obce włosy, jakiś brud po sprzątaniu, w umywalce i pod prysznicem – to nie jest normalne. Toaleta słabo spłukiwała, obręcz była żółta. Pościel była poplamiona, lustra miały zacieki i wiele innych niedociągnięć. Szkoda, że wcześniej nie zobaczyłam opinii na ten temat. Plaża. Piaszczysto-żwirowa z muszlami, ale też ze śmieciami. Już pierwszego dnia leżała tam skórka od arbuza, a w kolejnych dniach sama wyławiałam i sprzątałam śmieci z plaży. Chodzenie bliżej wody było nieprzyjemne – zapadało się, bolały stopy. Jedzenie i rozrywki. Było ich mniej, niż się spodziewałam. Może z powodu małej liczby gości. Brakowało mięsa. Ryba była głównie pełna ości. Rozrywki były ubogie i nie dla każdego. Głównie była „muzyka na żywo” około godziny 22. Język. Bardzo mnie zaskoczyło, że większość personelu nie zna angielskiego. Menu w restauracjach tylko po turecku. To bardzo utrudniało komunikację. Plusy: Nie mogę wyróżnić niczego konkretnego. Spodziewałam się czegoś innego po hotelu 5-gwiazdkowym. Dla mnie ten hotel zasługuje co najwyżej na 3 gwiazdki. Chciałam dodać wideo, ale niestety tutaj można tylko zdjęcia.

В целом отдых понравился. Приехал отдыхать с ребенком. Персонал вежлив. Анимации детям хватает. Номер убирают, практически каждый день. Единственное, что не понравилось , это музыкальные дискотеки до 2х ночи, поэтому берите номер в левом крыле отеля, там тише.
