clean, nice staff. Good location and good condition of pools, by the sea. we would appreciate if some staff for pool would be for rent and not with higher prices only in the shop. Food is good and much of variety.

Today is my last day at the hotel. My comments on the reservation I made through ETS: First and foremost, I will never change my preference for ETS because it offers quality and satisfaction. The hotel offers impeccable service from top to bottom. I'd like to thank the housekeeper Fatma and her chef, all the staff at the Iskele Bar, mixologist Oguz and others at Sunset Bar, Hüseyin and Kadire at Del Mare, Ramazan, Alpaslan, and all the other staff who worked tirelessly everywhere, Helin and all the friends from the entertainment team, Ahmet at All in Bistro, and everyone in between. I'd also like to thank the hotel's General Manager, whom I had the opportunity to meet. I was extremely pleased with the abundance of everything at the hotel, the prompt response to every request, and the fulfillment of every request. The food and beverage quality was absolutely top-notch. I will definitely stay there again.

Would I come again: No. After arriving from the airport with two small children, the room is not ready even after a long check-in time. After an argument, we get a better room. We enter the disaster room. Everything dirty. Only changed bed linen. Chaos. The guest relations service solves everything after a few hours. Food in abundance, but you have to be among the first to arrive, because the best food is not replenished when it is gone. Most foods are not labeled. Mediocre service. The waiters try to get away. Something is always missing. Or it is not served. The pools are very big and beautiful. The beach is great. The water is beautiful and clean. Sunbeds enough for everyone. The only serious drawback is that the city beach is next to the hotel, and the locals constantly enter the territory of the hotel beach. Praise to the guest relations department.

We are currently staying at Crystal Centro Resort (room 3101), and we love it! The staff is friendly, the food is tasty, and the pool and beach are great. My teenage daughter and I are having a really good time. Also, I highly recommend the SPA! The massage with Eva was amazing, and the peeling with Çağrı was so relaxing and professional. Don't miss it!
