Saturn Palace Resort

We have spent 2 amazing weeks at this Hotel, the food is lovely, the place is so clean and the staff, from the kitchen to the cleaners, waiters, bar staff and especially the entertainment team work very hard as you see everyday that you spend here. Everybody goes the extra mile, and they can't do enough for you. The guest relations team go around everyday asking if everything is ok, is there anything they can improve and I can honestly say they really can't make it any better than it is. There are different bars to go to, different restaurants, there's entertainment every night from dancers, live music, there is an extreme sports show, there is even karaoke and bingo which actually has great prizes. I couldn't remember everybody's name, but special shout outs to Zeki, who made me laugh everyday, he is brilliant with kids and adults and so much fun. Again, special mentions for Hassan, Ozkaan, Mert, DJ Ozzy and the entire entertainment team (wish i could remember all their names) there's games to play everyday from darts, shooting, table tennis, volleyball, a real tennis court, a football 5 a side pitch and different pool games to partake in all made fun by the entertainment team. The bar staff and waiters, especially Serhat, Ferhat, Sefer, Tugba, Mahir and the girl from the rooftop restaurant, again, all go the extra mile for you, nothing is too much trouble. So many names I can't remember who deserve credit too. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anybody whether a younger or older couple, or a family with children from any ages. This is the place. We also went to the spa which offers a range of different treatments and packages (shout out to Senar) I had never been to Turkey before but I would definitely come back to Saturn Palace if I did. I can't thank these guys enough for a great family holiday. Also, the weather has been stunning. No complaints at all. Hopefully come back in the future to the same team who work here now.
