The location is good but without a beachfront, the suite is clean and spacious, the food was good, different menu every day. Facilities were also good, the staff were excellent, very friendly very cooperative.

It was the best time ever!!!!!! Amazing staff, working so hard and trying to please everybody. The team worked great and made us feel like family. Thank you Radik and everybody for great hospitality. We stayed here as a family of 3 with our 8 year old daughter. We booked this 8 months ago and it cost a lot so we were looking forward to it as it was our main holiday of the year. We arrived at about 10.00pm, we were warmly greeted and the bell boy showed us to our room. We thought we had missed food but were told we could get something in the first floor restaurant. Our room was clean and spacious with a view of the pool and to be honest it was a quiet room so we were relatively happy with it. The rooms gets cleaned throughout your stay if you request it, however I think they just change towels and make the bed up as we didn’t have fresh bedding all week. The mini bar is great, you can stock up on water, Pepsi and a lemon drink as much you like. The staff are all really friendly and helpful, and they all clearly work very long hours. The restaurant staff are particularly friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The pool areas are fantastic. We spent most of our time around the quieter pool. It’s clean and big enough for everyone. There are plenty of sun loungers, to be honest I did get up at around 7.30 to make sure we had one but even when were by the pool at 10am there were still some available. We didn’t lounge by the water park so I don’t know how easy these are to claim. What I can say is it is extremely busy and loud. We did visit there a few times and the slides,and the kids splash zone is fantastic. Plenty of lifeguards too which is great. You can also use your cards to get a pool towel from the spa everyday which is handy. The ice cream parlour is situated around here but you can easily walk from the other pool to get some. Lovely choice of flavours and of course you can go as often as you like. There is also a lady doing crepes but we didn’t have one. The que always seemed long with a big wait and she only serves until 3pm The buffet restaurant is fine, the food tends to be very samey, we did get a little bit bored and one lunchtime there really wasn’t anything we fancied-which isn’t great when you’re all inclusive! The snack bar at the water park does pizzas, chips, burgers, hotdogs and salad so that is an option. The biggest let down with the restaurant is the bizarre que that forms in an evening. The food is served in one big long line, with a pizza and flatbread stove right at the end. You join the que and feel like you just have to put a bit of what you like on your plate in case yo get to the end and haven’t got much-but then you end up with a miss match of cold food on your plate! You also end up piling your plate high because you don’t want to have to go back and que again! One lunchtime we also found mouldy fruit had been put out so that was a big let down! We booked the Italian al la carte one night which was great-food was so good-which then makes you wonder why the all inclusive isn’t to the same standard?!
