End of April. Clean, inexpensive, modern and cozy room, good staff, no bottled water in the room, so it was quite normal to fly closer to the airport on business and spend the night. Parking is nearby, behind the hotel, huge. Shops and all that downstairs. Breakfast is also normal.

Not far from the airport, if by taxi/car (not very convenient by public transport (with transfers)). No problems with parking. The reception is open 24 hours. Supermarket nearby (European version). Delicious coffee, including latte. The room is clean, spacious, fresh, no frills. We check in late like 11:30pm and it seems their front desk is staffed 24hrs. Parking lot has many space, so no concern for parking.
Next door is a supermarket, very convenient
Breakfast is included and exceeded my expectations, great varieties. Seemed unlimited coffee including latte I think I had 2 cups. Breakfast took place on a proper restaurant that is part of the hotel establishment, so proper seats and tables, very comfortable
Room is ok cleaned but didn't feel super cleaned, and we could smell of new decoration (not in the best way, but ok-ish). Big room and simple decorations
