The hotel was really beautiful, and the staff were amazing! I have stayed at a lot of Hilton hotels and the staff are usually nice, but here they went above and beyond with absolutely everything. I am sorry I didn’t get all their names to mention them but from the young male receptionist on our arrival who helped with buses/travel, to the breakfast and dinner staff - also Irene and Mary from reception. They made our off-season stay so special. I highly recommend this resort!

If you want calmness with beautiful aesthetics aswell as luxury, this is a delux resort as best as it gets in Crete. Service is with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. You also have variety of accomodation styles. The management care about the smaller detail to make your stay special. Breakfast is sumptuous, cuisine is high standard and good variety and sunsets are memorable.

Wir waren letztes Jahr fast um die gleiche Zeit hier und fast komplett begeistert. Nur einige Kleinigkeiten die nicht so gepasst haben. Dieses Jahr - die komplette Enttäuschung!! Das gesamte Flair ist weg. Vom Frühstücksbereich aus konnte man letztes Jahr den Ausblick aufs Meer genießen - Traumhaft schön. Nun nach Umbau kein Ausblick mehr auf‘s Meer. Das Frühstücksangebot hat sich ebenfalls verschlechtert. Man hat das Gefühl das es nun auf Masse und nicht mehr auf Klasse ausgerichtet wurde. Auch die Art der Gäste hat sich komplett verändert. Auf keinen Fall mehr 5 Sterne!!!! Wir sind mehr als Enttäuscht und werden zukünftig ein anderes Hotel wählen! Schade, sehr schade

Had dinner there at the a la card restaurant. Nice ambiente outside on the terras. The menu featured four different main courses: Beef stew, lamb and two fish options. No filet mignon or lobster which you would expect in a 5* hotel. I was going to order the lamb but I was advised that beef or lamb was not available. Come on Hilton; 50% not available? Settled for the fish which was good though...

Beautiful hotel - away from the crowds. Beautiful views, great cocktails! Great breakfast and evening buffet, beautiful pool, really friendly beach bar staff, great hire car options, and the free bikes and shuttle bus to the local beach is great! The only downfalls were the dated repetitive playlist that was very loud with guests mocking it and wearing their free ear plugs ... BUT, this soon became a positive as the management made a reasonable adjustment to the volume and even turned it off at the beach to allow guests to de compress with only the sound of the waves to entertain. Music playlist might be something they consider for the future. Lunch menu very poor, and don't be fooled by the pizza oven - they don't use this. Instead, what you get is a par made pizza oven baked copy. Wraps appear to be pre made, too, as they are ice cold when served. Only had once as it was overpriced and of poor quality.

We’ve just had an amazing 4 nights stay here and I would highly recommend it! The hotel is beautiful definitely 5 star quality! The hotel also puts a free shuttle on to chania which is amazing going down for food on a nighttime and sit by the harbour! Would recommend renting a car here and driving about yourself too! Roads are dead easy to drive on! 10/10 :)

Di 5 stelle ha solo il titolo, e basta! Ascensore non funzionante. Piscina: mobili in formica, già rovinati dall'acqua e dalla salsedine; assenza dei menù e, nonostante la scarsa presenza di clienti, camerieri latitanti. Camere: rifatte solo la mattina senza ripasso pomeridiano. Pavimento in travertino che in controluce fa notare ancora la polvere di recenti lavori... Ma arriviamo al meglio: la colazione. In un albergo a 5 stelle ci si aspetta uno standard qualitativo e invece... Finisce il succo d'arancia e la risposta della (poco simpatica addetta) è: it's finished I go to bring.... e stiamo ancora aspettando; un giorno trovi il crudo e un altro no; alle 8 inizia la colazione e trovi il salmone, arrivi alle 9 ed è finito ... definitivamente. Ciliegina sulla torta: chiediamo un espresso e dopo 10 minuti d'attesa arriva il cameriere e ti comunica che la macchina non funziona. UN 5 STELLE CHE HA UNA SOLA MACCHINA PER IL CAFFÈ E CHE QUINDI NON PUÒ SERVIRE AI PROPRI CLIENTI LA BEVANDA PIÙ RICHIESTA AL MONDO? Assolutamente scarsi.
