Loose food remnants and liquids in the cart will attract rodents, bees, flies, and maggots, not to mention - smell very badly if pickup doesn't come for a few days.= The smaller wheeled cart is marked for RECYCLE ONLY. The City of Akron requires that boxes be flattened and bottles/containers emptied. Used food containers must have all food remnants removed. Please DO NOT put regular household trash into the recycle bin or place any items inside other bags.
