The hotel has great staff, very friendly.
I liked the food, freshly squeezed juices.
Early check-in was provided (a couple of hours earlier).
The only thing was asked for a birthday compliment in advance, it was not provided.
Haven't got a massage yet, because. everything was scheduled 2 days in advance, keep this in mind when booking.
In general, the hotel is clean, pleasant, beautiful! We really enjoyed.

We stayed here one week in the hotel was everything is good the hotel was amazing . The stuff was great and friendly . The entertainment team were helpful they made our holiday good the shows were great . The room was clean . The food was good special Tunisia food

This Hotel is fantastic,🥰it's my third trip and that is down to the staff purely🥰The waiters, bar staff🥰receptions 🥰maintenance and cleaners are all so friendly welcome you like a friend. The animation team here is the best I have ever experienced and I was in that job for many years! They work long hours and still manage to do their jobs with a smile. And specialy marwen who is always make sure everything as per my expectations. And I will recommend the hotel to my friends to enjoy this amazing experience

Die Animation war super, besonders Rico hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Programm ist vielseitig, von Darts, Volleyball und Zumba ist hier alles möglich. Also das hat uns am besten gefallen. Auch das Abendprogramm war toll. Sehr sympathisch alle.

I was here for one week, the pool was very nice and big. Really good bar. The food was very good. A lot of variety with different cultures of food etc.. Very lovely people. And the animation people are very very nice. The staff are friendly and polite and I would go again.
