Hotel Yamachou

The name is ”Hotel”, but it is an inn with elevator (3 stories, rooms are 2 and 3 floors). There was a signboard of ”the inn of the descendant of ako Yoshishi Suji” in front of the entrance. ”Muji” is a subtle catch. When I searched for a twin smoke free on Saturday night on the first day of the 3 consecutive holidays before 2 months of stay, I hit this overnight stay ¥8,400 (well box discount fee). There is a free parking lot across the road (8 units). The twin room is almost bed space and it is inevitable to relax on the bed. The bathtub in the unit bus&toilet (washlet) is small. There were two family baths (only in the order of the person who entered) in 3F, and the couple used it, so the small one (2 washrooms) was used. The large one was the size of the 4 family with 2 children (3 washrooms). Alexa was installed in the room. There were two mineral waters in the refrigerator for service. I was satisfied except that the air conditioning sound set in the cooling was large because of old. The room was beautiful. There were quite a few restaurants nearby and I want to have breakfast that the inn boasts next time.
Donkairo

The hotel was accidentally brushed, first like the Seto Inland Sea and then attracted by the fierce and lively name of creative cuisine and swallowing the sea. The hotel is built on a cliff by the sea, two soup pools, one is indoor up and down are full of huge rocks, and the other is completely open-air. The weather was cold that day, the whole person shrunk into a group. After the check-in, the female guest was open-air. After careful cleaning, she entered the soup pool and immediately relaxed. Although I was very heat-resistant, I took a breath of clear air and took a look at the flying snowflakes for a quarter of an hour! Meals should be seasonal ingredients. It is the oysters listed for dinner. There are two oysters that are big and fat. Other pre-casual raw fish grilled fish seafood stuffy rice is quite satisfactory. It is a very cost-effective hot spring hotel. By the way, there is also a pick-up station service.
Ako Onsen Shokichi

The staff felt good and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the lobby with a comparison of sake tastings and snacks sold at the shop, coffee, tea, and ice cream after the bath. However, it was very disappointing that the air conditioner was not available in the corridor or elevator to the bath, and it was hot and humid. The return and return of the bath was very uncomfortable. Even though it was a hot spring, I didn't want to enter it many times. As with the room, the cooler can only be used inside the room. The hallway, the washroom was very hot and steamy, and I opened the door to let the cold wind in the room pass. It may have been a bad time to visit, but there may be no repeat ... We recommend that you avoid the hot season.
Toyoko Inn Banshu Ako Ekimae

This was maybe the only major chain hotel in Ako at this time. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me and my only drawback I found was the lack of amenities. Ako for me was a must so this was the only real choice I had; now the real big plus is that it is attached to this small train station creating a possible future anchor spot in town.
KAMENOI HOTEL AKO

The hot springs are particularly good, the shampoo shower gel is of good quality, the hair dryer, the lotion lotion conditioner, are all available. Hygienic and comfortable, comfortable beds and comfortable air conditioning. The scenery is very open and beautiful. Free dandan noodles, white sesame, black sesame and taro flavor rotation are also provided at 9 o'clock in the evening. The craftsmanship is very good.
Kariya Ryokan Q

The Ryokan and room was incredible! It felt like travelling back in time. The onsen was also super nice. The only issues were that the Onsen was at the sister hotel. It was only a 5 minute drive, but it would have been nice if they had their own. Also, the food was incredible, we had the breakfast. However we did not order the dinner because we were not sure if we would arrive to the Ryokan in time. Unfortunately they did not have any food at all, if you did not order the full set meal ahead of time. We went to a restaurant nearby which was ok...but it would have been nice if they had a couple menu items that were available outside of the full pre-booked set meal.
