房間裏面有取暖器很重要，晚上白沙湖很冷的。

設施不從談起，房間窗户無法打開，有異味。床上地上都有死了的蒼蠅。完全沒有性價比。環境也不好，提供的製氧機聲音巨大，運行不到半小時死機。強烈不推薦。

服務好，房間整體不錯，但是周邊設施不是很完善

前台接待熱情周到，業務熟練且注重細節，主動提供周邊訊息、特殊需求響應迅速。房間整體乾淨整潔，老闆人還是不錯的，這片兒首選酒店。其他酒店都太爛了

我們到的比較晚，電話問了我們啥時候到，要不要訂餐，飯菜做得不錯。房間不大，很緊湊，暖氣壞了，打電話給老闆關機了，發微信也不回，凍了一晚上，體驗很差。

We felt very refreshed after eating them. We stayed in a parent-child room. There was a tatami with two mattresses outside and a big bed inside. The room was decorated in a very ethnic style. More importantly, there was a diffuse oxygen supply device and a humidifier. It helps to relieve altitude sickness to some extent.
