1 空調太熱，找不到遙控器晚上熱醒。後來把房卡拔了又被冷醒。
2 牆插沒電，喊了電工來修，但他把臟東西都扔床上
3 房間邊上一直在燒垃圾，非常嚴重的臭味。前台表示無法解決，衹能換稍遠點的房間。
4 廁所很臭
5 前台找的冰川嚮導很不專業，很敷衍。
6 早飯沒有專門的場所，沒地方坐。種類也很少，拿取十分不便
7 聽到其他客户也有很多問題比如洗澡水冷，管理非常不良。衹有前台態度還行

沒到之前以為這麼低的價格環境會差，結果超出預期太多，老闆非常熱情，房間的衞生太好了，所有用品都像全新的一樣，外面的景色就是昆崙山濕地還有馬，直接躺床上看日出。小朋友和長者有點高反，還配有製氧機，加濕器地暖，設備非常齊全。

衞生真一般，至少發現七個蒼蠅，還好打了一些後衹剩下兩個，就懶得管了；
那個製氧機，雖然一直在不停輸出，但我嚴重懷疑它出來的有多少氧氣！因為本來好好的，當天住下後就開始高原反應了！上吐下泄，頭痛欲裂，整個人都沒力氣了，感覺還在發燒！想着這個房，一千一晚，有氧氣供應，呆在房間裏，不出去看湖了，多吸點氧就能緩解了。也吃了退燒葯，喝了葡萄糖，霍香正氣水，一晚上睡睡醒醒，好不容易天亮了。
等着去吃點粥，補充一下能量。早餐環境和衞生是真的不咋地啊！一言難盡！老闆是東北老哥，説話豪氣，要牛奶裝牛奶。
後來一測血氧，人家90幾，我才75, 76！難怪整個人這麼疲憊不堪！這供氧，我不得不懷疑真是水份太大了！和在塔縣住的定時供氧那個天差地別，本來難受，好好呆在酒店吸氧，很快緩解！

房型還可以，製氧機噪音實在大，也真是巧了，屋漏還偏逢連夜雨，乾旱的高原居然一直在下雨，又冷又漏又高反，地暖不錯，靠地暖撐了過來
