**Gesamturteil: Absolut nicht empfehlenswert**
Ich möchte hier meine ehrliche Meinung über das Hotel teilen und rate dringend davon ab, dieses Hotel zu buchen, wenn Sie Wert auf **Gastfreundlichkeit**, **Sauberkeit** und eine angenehme Atmosphäre legen. Leider war unser Aufenthalt geprägt von Unprofessionalität, schlechter Kommunikation und mangelndem Respekt seitens des Personals.
### **Negative Erfahrungen im Detail:**
1. **Unfreundliches Personal:**
- Nach der Begrüßung durch den Herrn draußen begann der Albtraum. Im Hotel wirkten die Mitarbeiter unmotiviert, arrogant und schauten die Gäste regelrecht herablassend an. Auf die berechtigte Frage, ob es neben dem gefährlichen Weg zum Hotel eine Alternative gibt, erhielten wir eine völlig unangemessene und schnippische Antwort: *„Ihr fahrt den Weg einmal, wir jeden Tag. Wenn es dir nicht passt, such dir einen Job vor deiner Haustür.“* Diese Einstellung zeigt, dass man hier offensichtlich das Konzept von Gastfreundlichkeit nicht versteht.
Auch das Zimmer welches mit Bergblick gebucht wurde endete mit einem Hinterhofanblick und Amoniakgeruch. Für eine Familie mit Baby absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
