The rooms are very nice and comfortable.all chef and staff is very good.The food is amazing and healthy.My all friends very happy.We went for sightseeing. Chinese food very tasteful. Thenks all hotel cross lane team

The hotel is excellent. Chef and hotel staff is good, polite and understand your requirements effectively. Had a very pleasant stay and the food is WOW. One would really relish food. Special thanks to Chef Satish for his untiring efforts. He is really a wonderful Chef. The food has been quite fulfilling and wonderful in taste. Many many thanks to him and all the hotel staff.

Worst Hospitality in entire City. They have ZERO Professionalism. Not just Front Desk but even Reservation People & Most specially General Manager himself is person with most rude behavior. I experienced an issue while booking my long stay of 10 days where the Reservation & Front Desk confirmed me the rate & corporate discount in restaurant. I was surprised to know that just before my check In the General Manager denied for any discounts. When I called the reservation guys who confirmed me the discount policy also clearly confirmed the same in lobby in front of General Manager Mr. David. So finally while our discussions went over General Manager started pushing the reservation manager to withdraw the discount policy & that too in front of Me. Finally the employee in pressure too started speaking with some terms & conditions over my confirmed booking. The good thing happened with me is that now we have black listed Crosslane from our panel & I will make sure to continue to make them Black List from other corporate groups as well. I am so surprised to see that hotel which could have received business of more than 10 Lakh was ready to drop us for merely changing their statements. Specially their GM who was standing & pretending to be dumb in entire conversation. Better to BOOK HOTEL AURA which has excellent professionalism & best in Class F&B service with Excellent Quality Food.

Visited the restaurant with family to celebrate my birthday on 22nd September 2021 and had the most horrible experience there. I have seen the worst service ever in the world in this restaurant. We ordered 4 starters and some drinks to begin with. We got the drinks within 10 minutes but it took them around half an hour to bring starters and that too only three. By that time the cold drinks were not cold anymore. We asked for the fourth starter which the waiter seemed to have forgotten. We got it 15 minutes later. For a Cheese Quesadilla they had out some sauteed vegetable in a missi roti and microwaved it. Pathetic. We had ordered the main course ***** with the starters but asked the waiter to server the main course few minutes after the starters are served. However, the main course did not arrive for 40 minutes after we had finished the starters. It was really it and we asked the waiter to take us to the chef to show us what was taking so long to cook the food. As soon as started calling out the manager and demanding to talk to the chef directly, they served the food. We entered the restaurant at around 9 PM and left at 11:30 PM. We had an 8 month old baby with us and it became extra difficult for us. We just wanted to go to a restaurant for a nice quiet meal and come back home in 1-1.5 hours. That's not unreasonable in a small city like Ajmer. This was our first time in this restaurant and we had high hopes. But after such a terrible experience, I will never set foot in this restaurant again. When we were leaving, the manager said that the delay was because the staff was shorthanded and their main kitchen was closed because the chef was not there. He asked us to call him personally in advance the next time so that he can provide some discount in our next bill. But after the sour experience we had the first time, I would never recommend anyone to go there, let alone go there myself.
