Just had an email from our operator saying the Oberoi will not be running the hotel from June 2025 and will be know as the Al Zorah Beach Resort. Not sure what to make of this as the Oberoi brand was a large reason form booking our upcoming October trip. Not sure who will be taking over the Hotel..

Our week stay at this wonderful and fantastic and tranquil peaceful resort was just great. The staff both at the reception , the Resturants and overall were not only professional but very friendly and extremely polite and helpful . I would not hesitate to recommend the The Oberoi - Al Zorah to all my friends and family .

Beautiful place. excellent service! managers are always ready to help you. The restaurants have great food. They always remember your preferences. The rooms are great. Cleaning and service are good. 24 hours a day you are in good hands)))

Spacious modern interior, good insulation, amazing room design. The food is absolutely brilliant with a lot of Indian menu options. The rooms are located in different buildings and so are nicely spaced out, so you never feel that the hotel is full. There is a lot of greenery and trees dotted all around the buildings, making it a true oasis with birds chirping while you're at the pool. The gym and yoga studio are in a separate building and they have daily complimentary classes. There are also other daily activities at the hotel that need to be prebooked, but making it special and various. The service is great too as they give you space and not too intrusive yet thoughtful. Concierge named George has helped us with the transport tips and the Receptionist Joan was very welcoming and lovely.

This resort is unique in every aspect: the modern, tranquil low-rise architecture and landscaping, the beautiful restaurants, the delicious food, the service at the reception, the stylish staff, and the genuine friendliness of all the employees in this resort.

It was wonderful stay at Oberoi -Great Hospitality, Room was specious. Housekeeping was excellent . Delicious Food specially Indian Veg at Vinesse . Gautam and Chef Ravindra taken special care . Wafa from Front office was very supportive

The level of customer service really set this place apart from other high end hotels... from the reception upon arrival, to the interaction with staff in restaurants and facilities, and including the checkout - the level of attention to flexibility and to specific needs makes this a true 5 star hotel.
