Check out process is very slow really don’t like this way
Because I pay a deposit in cash and use mine bar they take about 30 minutes to finish
Next time I will think more before I choose this hotel

The room we stayed in had a large balcony, facing the city view, but we could also see the sea from the side; the room was spacious and comfortable, with good facilities, with two separate bathrooms and showers; there was a constant-temperature swimming pool outside the lobby, just walking in Beach 🏖️, you can also customize blessings on the beach, which is more interesting; it is recommended for vacation, and it is cost-effective👍

Experience was ok. For a 5 star, I wouldn't recommend this place because there is not much to do except beach and pool. No courts, no activities, no game nights or anything engaging even for Christmas Eve. Booked months in advance only to be given rooms on separate floors for my friend and I. Disappointed. Told them it was our anniversary and all they decorated was 3-4
small balloons. No bed decorations, nothing else that was special. They only worth while activity was the spa. Did a couples massage and man that did NOT disappoint!! Was 10/10.
