We love the view from our room on the 7th floor. The free wifi is fast in the room, around the hotel, and in the restaurant. We had buffet dinner and breakfast included room rate. We enjoyed both meals. All travelers must added meals with their room because there is no restaurant or convenience stores within 10km radius. There is a gift shop and convenience stores located inside the hotel. We recommend this hotel; and we’ll come back again.

Mainly stayed here for ski in ski out convenience to Aomori Spring Ski Resort. Hotel rooms are sizeable for Japan standards.
Got the full room and board with 2 meals provided, and buffet selection was decent variety. Lunch options there are limited choices but food is decent. There is also an onsen which was nice.

Booked for solo travel but was assigned a comfortable twin room. Bathroom is a bit small but clean. Vending machines available on the ground floor.

It was my fourth time to go there. There were not many people skiing, it was very good for novices, and it was safe. I was traveling as a family of three. The room was also very cozy and it was a quiet place. The ski slopes are suitable for beginners and intermediates. Breakfast and dinner are very healthy. After skiing, you can soak in the hot springs, which is very comfortable. Before leaving, the hotel manager drove us to the airport, and the service was very considerate. Going skiing again next Christmas.

It was empty probably because it was off-season, so I was able to spend a quiet and relaxing time there. I don't ski or play golf, but I enjoyed watching the morning mist rise from the sea to Mt. Iwaki, trekking in the Shirakami Mountains, and seeing the amazing starry sky at night. The hot springs were also nice. I saw many negative opinions about buffet-style meals, but I was satisfied with the breakfast.

The hotel is located at the northern foot of Mount Iwaki in Aomori Prefecture, with an excellent natural environment.
