The room is spacious, but the bathroom facilities are old, the air conditioning system is not controlled, and the room lighting is not bright. The service attitude is perfect, the hotel is in a strategic location, and the breakfast is very rich.

We had a very good stay in this hotel. There were just a few small recommendations to point out to you: in terms of breakfast we didn't really appreciate the cafeteria side. At the fitness level there was equipment that did not work despite having reported the problem to the staff and there was no intervention. In general it went really well 👍🏽 In any case staff available and very kind!!!!!

We spent one night in your hotel with family on 05/08/2022 (see reservation below). Although your hotel is listed as 4 stars, we were extremely disappointed by the quality of your establishment. We are very far from the expected quality compared to the price paid! We found it quite dirty overall. In our 2 rooms (334 & 336), we noticed the following problems (see attached photos): Room 334: Protective box for the air conditioning control missing Bathroom infested with ants near the front door (appeared only in the morning) Broken lid of the bathroom trash can Toilet running constantly Shower head heavily scaled Broken card holder Room 336: Broken air conditioning control protection box Air conditioning that did not work well (we did not could drop below 22°) Ants on our belongings (appeared only in the morning) Toilet running constantly Cover to flush the toilet torn off Shower head very scaled Broken card holder We asked to meet the management in order to share these problems. The reception told us that she was away and that we had to wait for her to arrive. She didn't seem to understand our disappointment. We therefore left the hotel very disappointed even though we clearly expected something else in terms of quality.

Had a great time there. Disappointed that something is stolen from your room by the staff. Pay close attention to your belongings, especially your clothes. I found out that the cleaning staff was even digging through my suitcases.

It is a big, fancy hotel with nice and comfortable rooms. Not really a western style 5 star but quite close to it. The staff are welcoming and it is close to the beach, with huge gardens and ample amount of parking places. Do make the reservation online - it is much much cheaper and you do not have to pay in advance, only when you arrive. We liked out stay here.
