There were few staff, and I saw many people getting lost inside the building. The food was also quite disappointing. The meat at the live kitchen was full of fat and tendons. The sushi was worse than conveyor belt sushi, almost dried out. The food in general was not fresh and I had trouble eating it.
The drinks were expensive for the amount, and I was surprised at the long all-you-can-drink time of only 60 minutes.
I was looking forward to the hot springs and food, but the hot springs were only open until midnight, and the sauna was only open until 7pm, which was a bit of an awkward time setting.
Overall, there were many things I would like to see improved.

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, the staff were courteous, and the room was clean and very nice. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was old and unusable, the heating didn't work and it was cold, and there was mold in the public bath.
