We loved this hotel and we recommend it. The smart  features are amazing and the stuff is really friendly 🙂  You can have the hanfu experience also and the underground is 3 minutes away from the hotel and is really easy and simple to visit all the important history points. Don't be afraid of the language barrier as they can communicate with different apps and devices 🙂 We highly recommend the hotel especially for first time visitors!

The hotel is only a few hundred meters away from CapitaLand Plaza, the nearest shopping mall. Robots can deliver things at any time, which is very convenient. The ice and mineral water in the small refrigerator are free to use. The facilities and equipment in the room are relatively complete. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and there are suitable pillows. The surrounding facilities of the hotel are not far from some attractions.

The hotel has a great location, about 10 minutes' walk from the subway station. It has beautiful decoration and surrounding environment, complete facilities and equipment, and the whole house is smart. You can enter the room by face recognition, so you don't have to worry about forgetting to get the room card! There is also a robot meal delivery service. A variety of teas and snacks are prepared in the lobby in the morning and evening. The snacks, fruits, drinks and snacks delivered to the rooms are also very sincere, and the breakfast is also quite rich. Special praise to the front desk clerk, he was enthusiastic and patient in his service. All in all it exceeded my expectations and I will stay here again next time.

First time staying at Xi'an Starway Hotel Laochenggen Branch. It has a North American style, and the lobby is simple and modern. The room facilities are exquisite, and the bed is very comfortable. We booked a regular superior room on Ctrip. After arrival, the hotel automatically upgraded us to a deluxe room. The bathroom has a separate area and is very spacious. In particular, there is a large modern bathtub in the shower room. The breakfast is free and there are many varieties. The main thing is that the transportation is extremely convenient. There is a bus stop at the door. Daxing Road can go directly to Xianyang. The service attitude is warm and thoughtful, scientific and reasonable. I will definitely recommend staying with friends when I come to Xi'an again.

This hotel experience was great! The whole hotel is smart, you can open the door by swiping your face, the room is spacious and bright, the facilities are complete and very new, the bedding is clean and comfortable, which gave me a good night's sleep. As soon as I exited Exit D of Xiaoxihu Subway Station, I went to Zhengning Road Night Market and Gansu Provincial Museum. The mobile phone self-check-in throughout the whole process, it is super convenient to open the door with your face. The room is intelligent voice control, and you can switch the lights and adjust the air conditioner when you shout. The bedding is soft. Rich breakfast, intimate service, free Hanfu experience. It’s really good to live here in Lanzhou!
