If you choose the premium room they have nice view of the opposite hill and the city. Food is reasonably affordable. But breakfast service is very lousy. Pizza hut kfc is few min walk

The hotel is on the prime location and had all the amenities a person would want to have. Complimentary buffet breakfast was just amazing with option of food items. Best hotel with great hospitality.

This hotel is in Khatla area of Aizawl and good ambiance and housekeeping, it is a 7 storied building including gymnasium at 2nd floor, conference room & restaurant at 1st floor and parking at ground level, but lift is only available from 1st floor onwards. Balconies were not visible and only front side rooms have some outside scenic view, room service and housekeeping staff was polite and cooperative except for a few staff at reception. I had a disappointing experience at Hotel Royals Lalavi. Despite being informed at check-in that an extra mattress for my child would cost ₹200, I was charged ₹700 per day instead. This inconsistency is unacceptable. Additionally, the reception staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, making the entire experience even more frustrating, leading to what felt like mental harassment. Additionally, it took around 35 minutes to complete the checkout formalities. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel is located a bit far from main market but near to lots of government departments.Staff were very helpful.WiFi connectivity was good .Breakfast was basic with 2/3 veg items .Rooms are spacious and housekeeping was good.Hotel provides taxi pick up and drop from airport at reasonable rates .
