Un bel endroit pour se ressourcer, se reposer, passez un moment agréable en couple avec ou sans enfant. Le personnel y est agréable et discret. le petit déjeuner peut-être pris relativement tard ce qui ne gâche rien à ce séjours reposant. L’accès au spa de manière permanente de sept heures à 23h est aussi très très agréable, sans compter les soins qui peuvent être prodigués.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night in September 2023. While we were at breakfast our room was accessed and an amount of cash was stolen. The reception were not very helpful in reporting or dealing with the issue. We visited the local police station and gave our statement and 4 days later the hotel visited the station and gave their statement. It took them 4 days to make a statement!! We were given a copy of the hotel statement. We are now 1 year on and the hotel have not contacted us to offer any sort of apology or redress or even a refund on our stay! In the hotel statement to police they admitted that they knew 1 month before our visit that they had lost a master access card to allow access to all areas and rooms in the hotel. This went missing with a member of staff that they had to ask to leave their employ as he was found in a room by a guest. That same former member of staff was seen on the CCTV accessing our room on the morning we were at breakfast. To me this suggests that this hotel totally failed in the responsibility to keep their guests and factilites safe and secure and have a responsibility to redress our loss. We are now 1 year on and No communication at all is forthcoming from the hotel.

Un accueil médiocre, pas d’explication, on voyait qu’on la dérangeait clairement … Résultat l’horaire du restaurant non pris (quand on s’en est aperçue il ne restait que le dernier service), pas d’info sur l’accès au spa et si on avait accès à des vestiaires …, pas de code du portail … bref très désagréable

Attention : pas de parking. Celui qui est à 200 m est souvent occupé. Il faut donc aller au delà, pas très pratique avec les valises. Quant au restaurant panoramique, lors de notre demande cela a été refusé en premier lieu. Accepté au moment du repas car d'autres personnes l'avait sollicité. Coup de chance sinon nous n'en profitions pas. Il serait honnête de le préciser sur le site. Chambres correctes.

Je suis venue pour la première fois le lundi 14 octobre à 17h00 dans votre spa à Aix-les-Bains. Quelle ne fut ma surprise par le comportement de la fille à l'accueil. Je ne connais pas la structure, je lui demande comment elle est composée et si je peux la visiter. Elle me répond que non, c'est à peine si elle daigne s'occuper de la cliente, visiblement je la dérange en venant au spa. Je luis demande si je peux faire des longueurs, elle me dit qu'il y a une piscine pour cela sans me préciser que celle-ci est occupée toute la soirée par des cours de gym aquatique. Elle aurait dû me le dire puisque je ne le savais pas. Ce fut un moment horrible pour moi qui suit venue chercher la quiétude dans le spa. Il n'y a pas de serviettes pour s’essuyer juste un peignoir qui ne sert pas à grand-chose. Personnellement, ayant testé plusieurs spa le vôtre était sale, aucune quiétude, la musique à fond à la piscine, nous sommes bien loin d'un moment de détente. Je ne le recommanderais à personne et je ne comprends pas que la direction ne contrôle pas l'accueil ni la propreté intérieur du spa. Je regrette d’avoir payé les 27 euro d’entrée car cela ne le méritait pas

Excellentes prestations générales et personnel très professionnel et très sympathique et à l'écoute. Restaurant très bon et les locaux d'une très grande propreté .Le spa et le soin très agréable, belle chambre spacieuse, nous avons passé un moment de détente très agréable. Nous recommandons.
