Nice establishment overall. However, for a hotel of this standard there are things to review such as the friendliness of certain staff members. The service which is sometimes not up to the asking price and the state of the terraces in the rooms. We will keep good memories when the 5 stars are not there.

Nous avions une chambre qui donnait sur le SPA qui était en pleine rénovation. Donc des nuisances sonores de 8h à 17h, impossible de laisser la baie vitrée ouverte pour profiter du soleil. Le personnel n'était pas particulièrement aimable, au petit déjeuner, les serveurs déménagé des tables, pendant qu'on essayait de prendre notre petit dejeuner dans le calme. je ne sais pas ce qui justifie ces 4 étoiles.

Vraiment un bel établissement avec un hall très agréable et chaleureux. Bravo à l’équipe d’accueil qui a su avec bienveillance prendre en compte mon handicap ponctuel. Des chambres très bien dressées donnant sur une terrasse qui fut la bienvenue en ces premiers beaux jours printaniers. Une vraie facilité d’accès et un parking facilitateur malgré les travaux. Accueil et qualités exceptionnelles pour cet hôtel
Je connaissais déjà l'établissement mais à chaque foisc'est un plaisir d'y séjourner. L'accueil et l'attention du personnel est vraiment soigné et on ne peut que remarquer le soin porté pour que le séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions de la propreté des espaces communs à la qualité des chambres en passant par un service de restauration gourmands notamment pour le petit déjeuner.

De l'accueil au départ, tout a été parfait.
Merci au personnel d'avoir été au petits soins et d'avoir été aussi souriants et sympathiques.
Une chambre au top avec une literie fabuleuse et d'une propreté irréprochable.
La nourriture y était excellente et le service parfait.

Nous avons l’habitude de séjourner au mercure quand nous sommes de passage à Aix les bains. La localisation est top. Dans un grand parc arboré. L’hôtel est très beau, les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. La literie est Topissime, le lit immense et confortable. Seul bémol sur les oreillers pas très moelleux à notre goût.l’accueil était parfait. Le petit déjeuner buffet très varié et très bon. Nous n’avons pas profité du restaurant ni du spa. Ce sera pour la prochaine fois.

Ce que j’ai lu sur la température des lieux s’est avéré vrai. Connaissant notre venue, pas de chambre attribuée, température très fraîche à notre arrivée. La demi-pension du soir s’entend pour 2 plats !

Un bel endroit pour se reposer et profiter du magnifique lac du Bourget. Cet hotel est très accueillant et agréable. Les piscines, la sauna et le hamac sont très appréciables et ajoutent un plus à ce magnifique lieu de repos et de ressourcement. Petit-déjeunes très copieux et très varié
