Nous avions réservé 2 chambres le 30 novembre. Arrivés à la réception les 2 chambres n'étaient pas disponibles. Nous nous débrouillons pour trouver 2 chambres en urgence dans un autre hôtel. Sollicitant la direction de la caravelle et fort de son erreur, celle-ci s'engage à nous dédommager de l'écart (70€) entre les 2 hotels. Las ! Nous n'avons jamais été dédommagés et essayons depuis des refus. Malhonnêtes !!

Je n ai rien à dire de mal sur cet établissement.je suis pas une client de passage. C’est la deuxième fois que je couche dans cet bel et simple établissement. La première fois s était ma copine qui avait fait la réservation . Elle était partagée entre l hotel la Concorde et la caravelle. Mais l accueil des hôtesses comme Sarah a pris le dessus tout comme sa collègue a la caisse. Je tiens a remercier Sarah particulièrement ce matin pour sa bienveillance, à notre départ elle nous a proposé un café, malheureusement s était pas un refus mais faute de temps. Je veux souligner que c est un hôtel non seulement propre et calme car derrière le bâtiment où se trouvait ma chambre il y a de la verdure comme à la maison. Ajouter à ça l hôtel est situé au centre ville et le prix est plus intéressant que l hôtel en face et un autre pour les mêmes étoiles. Encore Sarah merci pour votre professionnalisme. Je reviendrai

Très correct
Je ne suis resté qu'une seule nuit.
Hôtel très correct, chambre assez basique, pas très grande, mais propre et confortable.
Éventuellement, il manquerait de quoi se préparer une boisson chaude (thé ou café) dans la chambre.
Très bon accueil de la part du personnel.
Hôtel très bien situé à proximité du centre, e juste en face d'une supérette.
Une bonne adresse à retenir.

So helpful and welcoming. Karine gave us great recommendations and the hotel was perfectly situated to explore the beautiful city of Aix-En-Provence!

Basic room, great location.
Excellent location to the old town restaurants and shops, very convenient. A very basic room, but suited our needs for the night. Loud street made it hard to get a good nights sleep. Had to search for a plug to charge our phones.

A gem of a little hotel in the centre of Aix. Cleanliness is excellent, the staff are friendly and professional. The hotel has been recently renovated to a high standard. Rooms include new en suite facilities, coffee machine and a kettle. Parking available locally. There’s a supermarket across the road and the hotel is literally 100m from great local cafes, restaurants, boulangeries and even chocolate shops. Highly recommended.
