The property is nice, the pool is new and beautiful and the staff was friendly as well as supportive. The accommodation itself is in a bad shape, our apartment was dirty and it provided a bad vibe due to the disregard of aesthetic and cleanness.

Very unhappy with our stay at Garden and City. There is a bad smell in our bathroom due to a rotting wall, and the pool is closed on a Saturday with a sign saying 'closed for maintenance' with no one at the pool doing maintenance and reception desk closed with no one to speak to on site. When we contacted the helpline they weren't able to tell us when it would reopen and were very unhelpful and unapologetic on the phone. Our plan was to lounge by the pool and this has wrecked our day. Avoid.

The worst experience ever! They took our money from our room and even the receptionist nor other person HELP US, and they stoped answering our calls. We were desesperanted, horrible experience. DON'T SATY HERE. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

DONT STAY HERE. THEY STOLE OUR MONEY FROM THE ROOM. We had to go to the police because the people at the hotel won’t even try to help us, they even stopped answering our calls. It was obvious that the brunette girl at the reception was involved in this.

This was a great location for our trip around Aix en Provence. Super friendly and helpful staff, we only communicated online and with the check in being so easy, we felt at home right away. My partner and I stayed for a weekend to travel to Marseille and local areas, we had a hire car so the parking availability was perfect. In the end we really appreciated the value of this stay and the quiet location where it was. The room was everything we needed for our weekend adventure, somewhere to relax and unwind after being out all day and with all the ameneties needed to be comfortable.
I forgot my toiletry bag and realised when we were travelling back to Germany, but the staff were incredibly helpful in shipping it back to me! And although it was not valuable this saved me so much stress, I really appreciate everything they did!
