Repas anniversaire en 2023 très bien organisé Très bel endroit et calme Le repas était excellent et le service au top et adaptable aux demandes. Jolie surprise !!! A réserver si vous souhaitez y aller en pleine saison Noys y reviendrons certainement pour le plaisir!!

Sono arrivato la sera alle 23 a causa dell'orario del mio volo. Al mio arrivo scopro che la struttura non é presieduta da alcun membro dello staff. Al telefono hanno risposto una sola volta, rifiutandosi di parlare in inglese, e non ho ricevuto alcun supporto: sono riuscito a capire che nessuno sarebbe arrivato prima del mattino successivo, e poi mi hanno attaccato il telefono in faccia. Ho perlustrato la struttura. Non c'era anima viva, nemmeno un custode, nessuno; mi sono impossessato di una stanza con la chiave attaccata fuori la porta; il giorno dopo ho scoperto che era stata lasciata per me. Normale prassi, ovviamente! Peccato: la location é carina, il buffet della colazione discreto, le stanze gradevoli. Assurdo.

Beware of booking here. I cancelled my stay here on time, but they said they didn't have my reservation, so don't worry about it. Later, they told me I should have cancelled with the online agency, so they're trying to charge me for the stay for supposedly not cancelling.

Ayant réservé dans cet hotel, nous n'y sommes restés qu'1 heure et avons finalement préféré partir car nous avons été déçus par la chambre pour un tel prix (odeur dans la 1ere chambre, la seconde était petite et n'offrait pas le confort attendu là non plus). En découvrant le hammam (raison principale pour laquelle nous avions choisi cet hotel, et qui à mon avis attire des clients) nous avons estimé qu'il y a des limites et qu'il ne faut pas accepter ce genre de choses, encore une fois pour ce prix là. Proposer un hammam comme celui-là, franchement c'est ridicule (dans un petit local froid, peinture décollée du mur, peignoir et chaussons fournis pour 8 € ! une douche toute petite sans savon ...aucune sensation de bien-être) le mieux serait de ne pas proposer ce service ... Donc nous avons préféré tout annuler et partir, même si effectivement (selon d'autres avis) l'endroit est assez charmant et calme ... à 10 mn du centre d'Aix tout de même. Bref, je ne recommande pas cet hotel.

L'hotel è situato in posizione non troppo favorevole. Situato su una collina non è di facile accesso. Per uscire bisogna prendere la macchina e la sera la strada è buia. Adatto soprattutto a chi vuole riposarsi. Il ristorante è buono. La piscina è piccola. Arredo molto semplice. Camere piuttosto piccole

Je suis allée là-bas pour un séminaire, deux repas à plusieurs mois d'intervalle. Le cadre est magnifique, mais l’accueil est déplorable et la nourriture... un 3 étoiles ? c'est une blague !!! Première fois, j'arrive dans un hôtel fantôme, personne ni à l'accueil ni dans la salle de restauration, je me débrouille seule... Le repas : viande dure comme du béton, immangeable, le serveur souffle car une personne est végétarienne et ne demande qu'une salade... le dessert : un flan au citron plus chimique que ça tu meurs et un boudoir posé dessus ... Déjà on se pose des questions. Seconde fois, à l'accueil je demande la salle, clairement je dérange, (tiens j'avais oublié ou j’étais !) et le repas : le serveur ne sais même pas que nous sommes en séminaire et commence à nous énumérer des détails sur les prix alors que tout est déjà payé par le prestataire : gros malaise... on entame le repas : brochettes de poulet, crues pour tout le monde. On appelle le serveur : au lieu de reprendre les plats, il nous dis "ok, je transmettrais au chef "! Un véritable sketch ! Je ne sais pas qui a donné 3 étoiles à cet établissement, mais il est très très loin de les mériter, tant sur la déco vieillotte, la nourriture même pas correcte et l'accueil absolument déplorable...

This is the sort of hotel that looks good at first, but there are many big and small problems. Although the staff is very friendly, they are very ineffectual. We arrived for a nine day stay w/confirmation in hand for a two bedded room. Although our host readily agreed that our confirmation was valid, "they had made a mistake," and only a room w/a small double bed was available. They put us up for the first night at another hotel, and then we returned the next day. The second room was fair, but you should be forewarned--the rooms have no shower, only a bathtub--surely a major fault for any guest from North America or Northern Europe. Other problems--breakfast ended w/o explanation an hour before it was supposed to; rooms have only a small wardrobe and no closet; sheets weren't changed once during a nine day stay; reception is closed for 8 hours at night; we had a smoking electrical outlet; and it was impossible to use any of our phone cards on the room telephone. To be fair, I should note that the setting is lovely and the maid service was excellent. But we would never go back.

Très déçue et en colère... L établissement est vétuste, sale ( les wc, les grilles d'aération, les moquettes... tâches diverses, toiles d'araignées...) Et ayant oublié un objet dans la chambre, j ai contacté l hôtel afin de venir le récupérer, mais rien n' a été trouvé ! Cela s appelle du vol! En séminaire professionnel, je vous déconseille cet établissement absolument pas à la hauteur des prestations exigées pour ce tarif.
