I have been lucky to stay in some pretty great places, but this one by far is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was perfect. The staff was beyond friendly. It truly is a treat.

Ce lieu permet une expérience hors du temps et marque aussi bien l'esprit que l'âme. Le service est remarquable, la langue française est bien peu riche pour décrire en détails la prévenance, le soucis du détails et le professionnalisme de l'ensemble de l'équipe. Nous sommes venus pour notre nuit de noces et nous repartons avec un souvenir indélébile. De l'arrivée, en passant par la chambre, en visitant les lieux, en se délectant le soir (on ne peut pas parler de repas tellement c'était fabuleux), la nuit, le petit déjeuner et le départ. Rien n'est à redire. En tant que français on a l'adage de dire que la perfection n'existe pas et bien nous avons tord la preuve en est : la villa Gallici existe ! Le plus fabuleux pour moi fut le détails des fleurs fraîches présentent partout dans la villa ainsi que ce doux parfum de lavande me rappellant mon enfance !🌹🪻 Merci infiniment d'avoir rendu notre nuit de noces mémorable, c'est un souvenir que nous chérirons toute notre vie ! 🪷✨☀️

By far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We asked for a manager 5+ times and never found one manager available until after our checkout of course. We explained our issues to the GM upon checkout and he rudely pushed us away and ignored our complaints. There was no working air conditioner in our room and they gave us a tiny fan to make up for it. Dinner was horrific and we sent half of our plates back barely eaten. All dishes were cold and the bread, starters and sweets were inedible. They didn’t have enough white wine for pairings. I only had one glass of a three glass pairing and they still charged me. Illegal. Servers took forever in between courses and a quick dinner took over three painful hours—- we left before we had our last plates bc we were that frustrated. We informed the server the plates were bad and she never returned to our table—- never attempted once to resolve it. Breakfast was terrible— took 20 minutes for an iced tea and the server forgot half of our meal we ordered. The sheets were stained and I have about 20 bed bug bites. Avoid this hotel at all costs. We understand things happen, but a manager can immediately rectify a situation. Lauren the GM has NO managers on duty throughout the day and continues to ignore your issues if/when they do arise. He was the most unprofessional GM I have ever met and should be managing a motel 8.

Venu juste pour dîner nous avons découvert ce petit coin de paradis en plein centre Aix Service remarquable avec un personnel extrêmement bien formé Des mets originaux et délicieux alliant les saveurs des cuisines italiennes et provençal. Bravo et merci pour ce bon moment

This villa conveyed a strong spirit and history of the place elegantly. The food, housekeeping, service were excellent and luxurious. My stay was memorable and definitely raised my bar for 5 star hotels.

A l'arrivée, voiturier pour garer notre van, bagagiste, maître d'hôtel aux petits soins comme tout le reste du personnel d'ailleurs. Nous y avons passé 3 jours très agréables fin septembre début octobre dans le cadre d'un coffret cadeau, sans difficulté pour réserver (3 nuits, 2 repas) et avons eu la surprise et le bonheur d'être surclassés. A à peine 10 minutes à pieds du centre ville. Quoi demander de plus ? Le jardin n'est certe pas très grand mais très joli et parfaitement bien entretenu, notre chien Sirius à pu s'y dégourdir les pattes. Piscine et spa au top. Merci à Michel et Guillaume qui nous ont bien amusés par leurs joutes verbales mais également à tout le personnel du matin et du soir. Un regret cependant : celui d'avoir dû partir pour continuer notre voyage....Bon courage et merci à toute cette belle équipe !
