I handled out the request for tidying up the room but my sign was ignored. I was a bit angry and upset as I needed someone to clean my rubbish bin. My room was on the ground floor. A bit noisy. But the room is spacious with cooking equipment. As Ax doesn't have good food, cooking can be an option.

Location is very good from bus stop & old town area! Hotel is cleaning and nice breakfast provided! Swimming pool is amazing! Staffs are all very nice & help!

super! The room is very big and the surrounding environment is very quiet. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the city center and 10 minutes to the bus station. L40 can go to TGV and Marseille Airport directly, which is very convenient. The gentleman at the front desk speaks very good English and communication is barrier-free. You can cook and the facilities are complete. Very satisfied!

It was close to the airport bus stop and had easy access to the city center. However, there are no restaurants around the hotel, and you will have to go to the center to find them.
The room was large and had a bathtub, so it was nice. The internet environment is now fast enough for work.
I didn't use the kitchen, but there was a microwave, so I think it was convenient.
I think I will use it again if I come to the area again.
