Location & Scenery: The resort's beachfront location is frequently described as 'stunning' and 'paradise-like,' with breathtaking views of the lagoon, ocean, and sunsets. Guests appreciated the peaceful, secluded atmosphere and the lush, well-maintained gardens.

房間大景色美服務很貼心,衹是設施有點老舊,其他一切都特別好

The facilities are really poor, maybe the same in the entire Cook Islands, the price-performance ratio is relatively poor, but the scenery is still very good. Aitutaki is worth a special trip to check in.

The hotel's restaurant is delicious, the spa is also very good, it is worth experiencing, there are fewer people on the beach, there are not many snorkelers, the water is very clear, but there are many plants and mosquitoes. If you eat in that restaurant, you will be bitten by insects all the time. Overall, from the airport pick-up to the airport drop-off, every waiter in the hotel is smiling, very kind and friendly. I like it here very much. I think you should not stay in Rarotonga when you come to the Cook Islands, you should spend more time here

A sprawling resort spread around beautiful, lush tropical gardens. Lots of steps or slope to the pool area from reception and restaurant. Sloping paths to some of the suites. Ultimate beach front bungalowa and villas are down these sloping paths so I do think you have to be quite mobile. Beach front bungalows are a very generous size and very comfortable. Very clean and plenty of supplies including insect spray and aeroguard. This is needed as there were lots of mozzies. Large bathroom and shower. The restaurant menu is quite small but the food is excellent. Not all the restaurant staff were as friendly and efficient as one particular staff member, Baldwin, who was amazing! and you'll be lucky if he is your waiter. He is an absolute asset to the resort and other staff can learn a thing or two from him. The resort manager was available, friendly and approachable for feedback which I thought was a great approach to improving customer experience. Overall a fantastic, relaxing resort.

From the moment we landed in Aitutaki to the moment we were dropped at the airport to sadly return home we were in a dreamland. The resort itself is beautiful and the staff are absolutely incredible and greet you by name. We were on a package that allowed us to have breakfast and dinner at the resort and every meal was a delight. We suggest ordering from the specials every night for that special wow factor and then over indulge with any of the desserts. If you have space for lunch there are so many places you can explore for lunch across the island. Fresh water provided in the room every day, happy hour at the bar from 4-5 with a daily special cocktail. Spend your days however you like but we are so pleased we did a lagoon cruise with black pearl. (unmissable!) The other thing we did and really enjoyed was hiring a scooter to explore more of the island. Ootu beach for swimming was dreamy! The reef outside the resort is amazing for snorkelling but Ootu beach allows you to dive straight into clear blue coral free seas. Back to winter in NZ and so grateful for all the experiences and memories this resort and island gave us.

A five star hotel that lives up to it five star status. We enjoyed five nights there. As experienced travellers who have stayed in everything from two to five star, we could not fault the Pacific Resort. Delightful staff - competent and friendly, peaceful and comfortable cabin overlooking the beach, consistently good quality meals in the restaurant and excellent location - if you want to get away from it all!

Landing in Aitutaki we were met by a staff member of the resort presented with a lay and escorted to a private waiting area where we were given a warm reception, our bags were tagged and collected by resort staff in readiness for our short minibus tour and talk about the highlights of the island which felt luxurious. The gardens of the resort were well maintained and created a lush tropical feel right from the main foyer through to all rooms. The restaurant and bar Staff were very friendly and attentive but service is definitely on island time. The Room was comfortable, clean, spacious, although at this time of year felt damp and the water pressure was a little on the low side. The resort is in a great location for exploring the island, we rode the resort push bikes around the island which was a great way to meet the locals, the bikes supplied by the resort were always available but we're in need of a little TLC. The water sports equipment was always available and easily accessible, I did have an issue with the inflatable paddle boards not having enough psi although this was eventually resolved after a couple of days. Snorkeling in front of the resort was great with lots of sea life. I would stay here again.

We are in our 80's it is often difficult at our age to find a resort that we can manage. Mobility is not what it used to be. We needn't have worried Pacific Resort respected us and looked after us in every way possible. We had beach front 114 which had a fabulous outlook over the lagoon and easy access on to the beach. Whenever we needed to go to reception or the restaurant all we had to do was phone and one of the buggy's would promptly collect us ' The resort organised our boat trip to One Foot Island and our land tour both were very informative and enjoyable. The staff are just great they treated us like VIP's and made everything easy for us. Everyone just wants you to have the best time you can on this beautiful Island. This really is the holiday spot for all ages ,all seasons.
