The room was very clean and tidy, and our dog and children were welcome. There were many families staying there. It was very quiet at night. The autumn trees on the nearby streets were beautiful, and you could take a walk nearby at night.

We booked a room, but the bathroom smelled bad. The cleaner said it smelled like sewer and couldn't get it clean. Finally we asked to change rooms and were told that there were no other rooms available. We had to move to another chain hotel more than 10 kilometers away. Fortunately, the front desk service attitude was OK.

We booked three nights for four people and when we arrived at the hotel we were told that there were no rooms available for us. We found another hotel but Tall Trees Canberra have kept our money and will NOT refund it. Stay away from this business.

Our room had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. Property is a motel rather than a hotel. We found it noisy at night as a large group in several rooms were congregating outside. Staff member on arrival was pleasant although our allocated room wasn’t ready so he swopped us. Didn’t see any staff on departure

It said it was a hotel when it really was a motor inn.
Little staff interaction, as the staff had limited hours. The room looked nice in th epicture, was looked nothing like the picture.at all. I swear that they put their worst rooms on *******. Its so unfair! Don't stay there unless its the last place in town.
