Accessible with the exception of reaching the beach area

We loved it because it was quiet place and it's exactly what we are looking for. Clean and peaceful place. Beach was perfect all service was perfect. Small simple and peaceful hotel. Room 317. We took an extra night

Rooms - The rooms are well appointed and new with mini bars that can be emptied on request. - Rooms on main floor overlook the pool. There are 2 elevators to access second and third floor - There is also room service - Good house cleaning service and thoughtful products left for guest Pool/Beach - Pools are heated, there is a kid pool and a Jacuzzi - There is food /drink service for pool and beach at additional cost - The beach is nice and private- BUT it can be cleaner Accessibility - The hotel is accessible inclusive of the dining area with ramps. - The breach IS NOT accessible. However employees were available to carry my mothers wheel chair up/down to access the beach Food - Breakfast and Dinner was good and had a variety. Tea and Coffee were available at no charge at both buffets Entertainment - The employees were very polite, attentive, and not clingy - There are few pool tables and a room with some arcade games at additional cost - There is a kids play area at the entrance which might be suitable for younger kids - The music played on day time was loud and not well chosen (with lyrics not just music). We have asked them multiple times to change/lower the sound which they eventually did - There was a band playing on the weekend at night which was deafening, my dad was so annoyed and asked them to turn it down which they did Check In/ Out - I booked through ******* and made requests for some rooms to be on the main floor and one on the top floor which was honored. - Check in was smooth and reception was well informed /ready to receive us - One of the towels seem to have been damaged due to toilet overflow. They initially wanted to charge us for it, However they have later waived it as plumbing incident at no fault of ours Other - There is a small supermarket which is pricey but less pricey than hotel for soft drinks and snacks - One of the rooms had plumbing issues with toilet over flow which was addressed by the hotel. Date of stay: 12-16 December 2024

Good place for a small vacation well it was a 3 days vacation .Despite it is a short one but we have a good time . It is about 1:15 hour from Cairo. Sea and pool was nice . Good hospitality from everyone starting from reception , housekeeping and restaurant gives me an impression that I will repeat that experience in the nearest opportunity . But Food variety was not that much but I think that will change as the Hotel is new . Finally me and my family had enjoyed it and we had decided to repeat it again that visit.
