Would definitely recommend this for families. The hotel is beautiful and all rooms have sea views. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly. The front desk managers were welcoming and very professional and managed to patiently please our very picky group of 16!

well it was a 3 days vacation .Despite it is a short one but we have a good time . It is about 1:15 hour from Cairo. Sea and pool was nice . Good hospitality from everyone starting from reception , housekeeping and restaurant gives me an impression that I will repeat that experience in the nearest opportunity . But Food variety was not that much but I think that will change as the Hotel is new . Finally me and my family had enjoyed it and we had decided to repeat it again that visit.

What a good place! The hotel is very clean, all the staff is really nice and attentive in case we need anything. Which is very pleasant! The pool is nice and the beach too. Food is good and the chefs are so nice. We really enjoyed our stay and for sure we will come again ! Thank you

I booked through Booking, when I went they told me, “No, we calculate the dollar at 50, and the dollar is already 48, and they charged me the difference.” Okay, how did they tell me that these are instructions? Honestly, a bad experience and disrespect for the customer, because they charged me a difference of approximately 2,000 pounds because of the currency difference, even though I am Egyptian and the hotel is in Egypt. Okay, how can you charge me a price higher than the official price and higher than Booking?

Very comfortable family, the furniture and design are excellent, the food is excellent, the staff are very respectful and fulfill requests as quickly as possible. Thanks to the management for the wonderful reception, welcome drink, refresh towel, organization and all the effort, especially since the hotel has only recently opened.
