مكان جميل جدا ونظيف بجد حاجة ف منتهي الجمال والراحه والهدوء والنظافة المطعم ممتاز ونظيف والاكل رائع وفيو الغرف ممتاز ونظيفه جدا فريق العمل محترم وكمان فريق الانميشن رائع جدا جدا والولاد انبسطو ' شكرا بجد كل حاجه في الفندق جميله وان شاء الله تتكرر مره ثانيه

The hotel have best stuff good food and best animation team hotel facility are good and aqua park stable for kids and hotel near to Cairo and all facilities was good we start our trip for 4 nights and it was amazing for my family with two kids and they was happy

Pictures are not as it looks the hotel was closed for some time so everything is rusty and old. Curtains and beds chassis r torn and have dirty spots Bathrooms r the same I think they started the business to keep the money flow during renovation but it should jot be that way or at least renovate some rooms start the business and keep renovation which should make more sense The beach is sandy beach and it was great for relaxation The staff is friendly but they cannot do anything with old and rusty equipment There is a live singer and mini disco at night which is good The food is moderate for a budget hotel but still lack of some equipments like toaster and it is very limited The hotel seems still lack of man power Pools are not clean enough In summary, if u can tolerate the above and enjoy the beach then u can give it a shoot but try to lower ur expectation to a minimum level to enjoy ur stay. If u r neat and family focus on details then seek another place .

فندق عيان ميتقالش عليه فندق اصلا مفهوش ريحة النظافة الحمامات ريحتها عاملة زى المباول العمومية حتى طاقم العمل شكلهم غير مهنى ورائحة العرق فجة . نظافة الغرف حدث ولا حرج متتوصفش تجربة لن تتكرر ولا انصح احد به

من اسوا الفنادق و لا انصح احد بالسفر اليه ابدا .لا يتم تشغيل التكييف في اللوبي الا بالطلب. لا يتم تشغيل حمام السباحة المغطي و بعد الموعد المحدد للسيدات من ٩ الي ١١ صباحا الا بالطلب اكثر من مرة .الاثاث متهالك جدا في جميع ارجاء الفندق. الاكل دون المستوى سواء كمية او نوعية . الذباب في كل أنحاء المطعم علي الاكل. مستوي النظافة سيء .الاعلان علي صفحة الفندق لا يمت للواقع باي صلة. الاقامة اغسطس ٢٠٢٣

الوسائد ذو رائحة قذره و قديمة لم استطع النوم الكفر مقزز و ارضيات الاوتيل مش نظيفة و يتم تنظيفها بالمياه فقط، رمله البحر مليئة بالنمل من بالزبالة، الحمامات قديمة جدا و مصديه، يوجد لذق للفيران على سيراميكا تحت السلم بالرسيبشن.. الاكوا قديمة غير الموجوده بالصور لكن الاكل كويس نوعا ما

اسوء أوتيل من حيث الخدمات والاكل فيه محدود و المطعم صغير العمال ماشاء الله الويفي مفيش في الغرف البيسين صغار وعلى العموم فندق قديييييم جداااا والاعمال فيه جارية نتمنى يبدلو فيه ويعملو جو للاطفال والعاب في البيسين والاوساخ في الرواق والسلالم والفندق في مكان معزووووووول اخر مرة نجي ليه

Food is more than yucky ,disgusting and the worst food ever ,staff is the slowest persons u can ever met ,and not professional at all ,worst experience ever,the clean service is terrible,the dj at the mid night in front of the rooms,the towels smell is owful.
