We were waiting outside for almost four hours. It is a hotel that has been closed for more than 2 months. It is covered in dust and has no employees. We had to send for someone who would not see the owners. The person in charge of parking the cars who is taking care of the building came and let us in. It was dirty and full of dust and to top off the stay there was no cook so I don't know who tried to prepare breakfast. They gave us spoiled milk for our coffee. The eggs were spoiled. I arrived from Algeria straight to the doctor.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout et très pratique pour visiter la ville. La propreté des lieux était irréprochable, tant dans la chambre que dans les parties communes.
Le personnel a été extrêmement attentionné et toujours à l’écoute de nos besoins. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié leur aide précieuse pour organiser notre transfert vers l’aéroport. Ils ont su trouver un chauffeur capable de nous accueillir à 4 personnes, avec 4 grandes valises et 4 sacs cabine, sans aucun soucis.
Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur professionnalisme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!

Titre : Choquant. Honteux. À fuir de toute urgence. Je ne pensais pas vivre un truc pareil dans un hôtel. Vraiment. J’arrive, j’ouvre la porte de la chambre… et là, des traces blanches sur la couette. Oui, blanches. Sur une couette censée être propre. Autour des toilettes ? Sale, dégoûtant. La douche ? Rouillée, défectueuse. Le lavabo ? Complètement bouché. Et le pire ? On me dit de retirer l’eau avec mes doigts pour que ça s’évacue. J’étais choqué. Vraiment. Je demande à changer de chambre. On me ment, on me dit que c’est complet. Faux. Je le sais. Et quand ils finissent par m’en proposer une autre, elle n’était même pas nettoyée. Je dis OK, changez juste les draps. Ils arrivent à deux, un homme et une femme. Et là, l’homme commence à faire des réflexions complètement déplacées. C’était trop. J’ai explosé. Je dis que je ne dors pas ici. Je demande un remboursement. D’abord, on me dit non. Ensuite, on me propose de ne rembourser qu’une seule chambre. C’est une blague ? J’ai dû hausser le ton sérieusement, leur dire que je ferais un scandale. Là, ils ont compris, et m’ont enfin tout remboursé. Je suis ressorti dégoûté, déçu, énervé, presque abasourdi par ce que je venais de vivre. C’est une honte. Un manque total de respect et d’hygiène. Cet hôtel ne devrait même pas être ouvert. N’y mettez jamais les pieds. Jamais.

Accueil agréable et professionnel, hotel très propres ce qui n est pas toujours le cas dans les hôtels a proximité j ai du faire 3 hôtels avant de trouver celui-ci , très bonne literie ( matelas et oreillers). Le petit déjeuner est complet et le personnelest au petit soin. Il est situé à côté de plein de restaurants et magasins l accueil met à votre disposition un document avec tous les sites à visiter et tout les restaurants qu il recommande.
